The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.

The Holy Spirit is no respecter of age ... HE speaks the word of God to the young and to the old.
The Holy Spirit in us speaks to us when we are new Christians and when we have been born again for many years.
If we speak any wisdom from God at any time it is the Holy Spirit speaking through us for HE is the Spirit of Truth and wisdom is from God.
