Bringing division to body of Christ is evil.

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

In the book of Jude, we are warned of evils that will come into the churches in the end times.

Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

Earnestly contending "for the faith" has to do with faith in God and what HE says, faith in Jesus and HIS shed blood being our way to God, faith in Bible ... some people "earnestly contend" to promote their church denomination... Catholic, Church of Christ, Baptist, Assembly of God and such.

Faith has to be in God and Jesus ... not in a church group.  So many people are focused on drawing people to a church group and speak of church group.  To do this divides the body of Christ.  The minute you identify yourself as "Baptist" you divide yourself from "Catholics" or "Methodists".

These divisions in the churches are evil.

They did this in Paul's day also ...

I Corinthians 3 ... And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.  2 I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.

3 For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?

4 For while one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal?

At a Bridge Center I once attended, there was a very prim woman who constantly identified herself as a member of the "Church of Christ" denomination.

She was not speaking of God nor of Jesus but of her church denomination.

What she did was divide the body of Christ.

I find people who belong to God in several different church groups today.

We are not (or should not) be interested in trying to lure one another to "our" church denomination.

Rather we want each individual to put his trust in God.

We want the individual to trust in the blood of Jesus as his way to God and His salvation.

We want to cause individuals to believe what God says in HIS promises in the Bible.

Spiritual people do that.

Carnal people speak of their church denominations.
