Do you grieve over things you've done in the past? Enter into perfect healing and cleansing.

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

Jesus made a way for us to be perfectly free from all our past sins!

We can enter into this peace by understanding that which Jesus did by laying down His own life by the will of God and the plan of God through the terrible death of the cross,

II Corinthians 5:21   For HE (God) hath made Him (Jesus) to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.

Only Jesus is worthy ... only Jesus paid for our sin by HIS own blood.

Think of it this way:  Did you shed any of your own blood for your sin?  (I didn't)

Yet without shedding of blood there is no recompense for sin.

Hebrews 7:19-28
For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto God.

And inasmuch as not without an oath He was made priest:
(For those priests were made without an oath; but this with an oath by Him that said unto Him, The Lord sware and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec:)

By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament.

And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death:

But this man, because He continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood.

Wherefore He is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by Him, seeing He ever liveth to make intercession for them.

For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;  Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this He did once, when He offered up Himself.

For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, maketh the Son, who is consecrated for evermore.

Hebrews 9:22    And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.

We can do nothing to pay for our sin nor can we pay for our sins by what we say.

Only by blood is remission.

Only Jesus is worthy.   And by HIS blood HE paid for our sins.

If we grieve over past sins, we deny HIS shed blood.  So we learn to rejoice that HE shed HIS blood to pay for our sins and we refuse to wallow any longer in the evil we once did ... grief is turned to rejoicing when we accept that Jesus paid for our sins by HIS own blood.

When I sing the following HYMN I think of this.

(Especially when I sing verse 3.)

HYMN:  Standing on the promises of God

(Click forward arrow > to play music:)

1.  Standing on the promises of Christ my King,
Through eternal ages let His praises ring,
Glory in the highest, I will shout and sing,

Standing on the promises of God.

Chorus:

Standing, standing,
Standing on the promises of
Christ my Savior;
Standing, standing,

I’m standing on the promises of God.

2.   Standing on the promises that cannot fail,
When the howling storms of doubt and fear assail,
By the living Word of God I shall prevail,

Standing on the promises of God.

3.  Standing on the promises I now can see
Perfect, present cleansing in the blood for me;
Standing in the liberty where Christ makes free,

Standing on the promises of God.

4.  Standing on the promises of Christ the Lord,
Bound to Him eternally by love’s strong cord,

Overcoming daily with the Spirit’s sword,
Standing on the promises of God.

5.  Standing on the promises I shall not fall,
List’ning every moment to the Spirit’s call.
Resting in my Savior as my All in all,

Standing on the promises of God.
