Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet
Attacks will come against us as we live on this earth. Usually these "attacks" will try to get us to depart from "that word" which God has given us.
I have been given by God a spiritual gift of "exhortation". (Romans 12:8)
This assignment enables me to speak to the church to warn the church so they can be alerted to the way of God on this earth that they not be swept away by the evil of the end time. This assignment prepares us for the return of Jesus.
Attacks come to stop me from doing exhortations.
I must constantly focus on the assignment and the following instructions:
Hebrews 3:13 exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
Hebrews 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
When the memory of the attacks against me come, I must make myself think on the assignment given to me by God and on the above scriptures rather than allowing myself to think on the attacks, or on the attackers, or on any judgment that might come on those attackers.
With each memory, I have to return again to the assignment given to me by God, continuing in that assignment of exhorting the church.

If you are a mother, likely the attack will come to make you question the godly things you have continued to tell that rebellious child. "Why should I continue to speak? They don't listen to me."
(Such thoughts come.)
We fight by returning to that which we believe to be from God to us. We determine to continue in doing "that" which God has assigned us to do.

Psalm 111:10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do His commandments: His praise endureth for ever.
John 8:31-32 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on Him, If ye continue in MY word, then are ye MY disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
Matthew 24:12-13 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Focus on the assignment given to you by God and continue in that assignment and think on that assignment.
We must not allow ourselves to think on that which "they" have done to stop us but rather to think on that which God has given us to do.
We make ourselves think on that which God has given us and we make ourselves do that, in spite of all that has come against us.
We overcome through continuing in that which God has given us.
