* They can pull you down with them if you let them do this.

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

I once told my mother, "You can go down, but I'm not going down with you."

(Why should we both perish?)

After I said this, my mother straightened up.

Jesus warned us, concerning the end times:

Matthew 24:12-13   And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

John 8:31-32    If ye continue in MY word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

II Corinthians 10:3-5    For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:  (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

(We pray and hold fast to that word or concept which God brings to our mind after we pray.  And it is important to keep that word that is from God  before us day and night for a season.  Each time the memory returns which would harm us, we make our mind focus on that which God has given us concerning the issue.)

5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

James 4:7   Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

* Submit yourselves to God:  Pray over the matter.  Seek God's judgment.  Have faith that God will show you or will give you something to show you the way to go.

* Resist the devil:  Use that which God gives you after you pray.  Keep God's word given to you after prayer before you and by doing that you resist the devil and you refuse to go along with the thoughts brought by devil which are always contrary to the WORD of God..  Focus on "that word" that comes down from heaven to you on the issue at hand.

James 3:13-16   But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish. For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.

So if we have envying and strife in our hearts, we repent ... Then after we repent we pray again over the issue and take heed to any word God would give us, doing that word and thinking on that word.

It is very important to fight every time a memory comes to trouble us.

We do not use our own reasoning but rather we fight with that which God has brought after we have prayed about the troubling issue.

*  For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God.

***

Many will be destroyed by other people as they see what they do.

*  And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

You see your son or daughter going the wrong way and it grieves you.

Grief will destroy you also.  You must not allow that to happen.  Instead, turn to God with your grief and pour your heart out before God and trust God to help "you".  Then focus on "that word" which God brings to your mind after you pray,  And keep focusing on "that word" each time the bad memory tries to return.

This is spiritual warfare and we must fight with spiritual weapons, otherwise we, too, will be pulled down by that which we see and hear.

But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

We "endure" by clinging to that Word given to us by God concerning the issue at hand.

Save yourself.

(I believe as we "save ourselves" in spiritual ways, others end up being saved along with us.  But if we choose to go down with them by allowing our minds to think on their sins, this pulls us down, and neither of us will likely be saved in the sins of the end time.  By going down with them, we forsake our own salvation in our grief, and this destroys us with them.)

As we choose to think on that which God has given us, we build ourself up in the faith in God.

So we must fight this war and we must continue to fight without giving up.  For to give up is death to ourselves, and to them.

Hebrews 12:1-4    Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before HIM endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

3 For consider HIM that endured such contradiction of sinners against Himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.

4 Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.
