Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet
In the previous writings, we have see how God raised up Saul to be king over HIS people.
We have seen God remove Saul because Saul would not fully follow HIS orders.
We have seen God raise up David as king, giving David HIS Holy Spirit.
We have seen David greatly sin against God even after he had been given the Holy Spirit.
But after David sinned, he repented.
God put a penality on David and all his life the sword followed David's house as a result of David's sin, but God did permit David to continue in the work to which he was appointed by God.
So there may be sin after we are born again ... but there can also be repentance if we do sin.
But if we continue without repentance, what hope do we have?

A woman came into our church group in 1980.
She displayed a good spirit to me, but I also saw some problems in this woman.
I saw in her spiritual gifts, word of wisdom & word of knowledge. But this woman rarely shared these things with our church group unless I called it to her attention.
In 2019, she exploded against me and said it was as if I had been throwning rocks at her all these years. She made many accusations against me and she could not control her tongue.
(railer: to utter bitter complaint or vehement denunciation against another person)
Even after this, I told this woman she should repent.
But there has been no evidence of repentance from her and she is separated from us to this date.
If we should do evil against another person, we must repent, if that other person is still living.

I fear the doctrine of "once saved always saved", for I see in the book of Revelation that the name of one who was in the book of life can be blotted out by Jesus.
Revelation 3:5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
By this, I know we can be blotted out of the book of life.
I also see that God will turn us over to a reprobate mind if we continue to disregard what HE says.
(reprobate: one who turns from truth and goes another way even in spite of evidence against what he is doing. In such, God removes HIS judgment from this person to allow him to go in his own thinking.)
Romans 1:28-32 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
(implacable: one who cannot be placated ... not to be appeased, molified, or pacified ... unforgiving, unrelenting ... inflexible, pitiless ... remorseless ... cannot be calmed or made less angry ...)
Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

How can we hope to be saved if we continue in sins after we are born again?
Hebrews 10:26-31 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.
He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:
Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
For we know Him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto ME, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge His people.

It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

And after we do repent, we must go forward through faith in God.
But if we do sin and refuse to repent, what hope can there be for us?
So be quick to repent!
For sin is surely death to us ... and eternal death, if we stubbornly continue in our sins until we die.
