💥 The just shall live by faith. (Romans 1:17)

 

Faith comes when we hear from God.

God speaks to us directly by the Holy Spirit bringing thoughts to our minds.

💥  John 14:26 (Jesus says)  But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in MY name, HE shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

💥  John 16:13 (Jesus says) Howbeit when HE, the Spirit of truth, is come, HE will guide you into all truth: for HE shall not speak of Himself; but whatsoever HE shall hear, that shall HE speak: and HE will shew you things to come.

God also speaks to us as we read the Holy Bible.

Sometimes God speaks through dreams.

The important thing is to be alert to hearing and do the appropriate instructions given by that word and continue doing that word.

Keep that word spoken by God before you day and night for a season and continue doing that word.

Joshua 1:8  

This book of the law (Word from God) shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

God has given us doctrines of Christ through the New Testament Bible.

Sometimes the Holy Spirit will bring an examples of a happening in the Old Testament to our mind for our enlightenment and edification.  And there are many promises from God in the Old Testament which also apply to us.

God speaks to us, to our mind, and by that Word which HE brings to us at that specific time we live and move and have our being.

We follow God by the Word HE gives us and our faith is built on the Word HE brings to our mind in the specific issue of this life.
