* Proverbs 21: Those who refuse to do judgment.

7  The robbery of the wicked shall destroy them; because they refuse to do judgment.

***

They love the people of the world more than they love the Word of God, therefore they accept the wicked in order to be among the wicked.

I witnessed a Baptist woman who was accepting her granddaughter into her house and approving this granddaughter who was living "openly", in front of all, with a young man.

I witnessed a Church of Christ couple who welcomed a cousin and her lover into their home and sanctioned their sharing of a room in their home.

How can Christians do this?  I wondered.

Later I saw the following scripture:

II John

8 Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward.

9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.

10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:

11 For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.

At the judgment seat of Christ we will be judged for that which we have done or for that which we have not done according to the scriptures.

II Corinthians 5

9 Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of Him.

10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

11 Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men;

We cannot approve the sins of this world, for to do such makes us partaker of their sins.

James 4:4   Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.

friend:  one who gives support or aid

Nor would I want, in any way, to be approving what I know to be sin in the sight of God.
