For many years the following scripture has been used by God to get me to go ahead and do that which is in my heart rather than waiting.
Eccl. 11 ... 4 He that observeth the wind shall not sow; and he that regardeth the clouds shall not reap.
For example: You will start to call someone and you will think, "Oh, maybe I'd better wait ... they might be having lunch now."
Several years ago, God worked with me on this subject of the person who fails to do something because of the "wind" or the "clouds". That is often used to draw us off course.
