Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet
When I was approximately 15 years old, I went forward and was baptized in water, immersed, at Church of Christ. Nothing happened and I continued my life as I had before.
I was born again by God speaking to me by HIS Spirit when I was 37 years old. Then everything happened and I was no longer the way I had once been and I was very interested in the Bible!
After this, I was enroute to Albuquerque, NM (USA) on buying trip for my business. As the plane began to land, I heard by God's spirit the following words: "Be baptized."
My cousin, a Church of Christ member, was meeting me at the airport. I said to her, "Jeanne ... if you can arrange it at church I will be baptized this afternoon."
She was shocked, knowing I had already been baptized.
She responded: "But you've already been baptized."
I said: "But I wasn't born again until now."
As we drove to buy the merchandise for my business, I talked to her much about things God had taught me. She listened and then said: "Well ... I believe you are a Christian ... I just don't know how you can be."
(I don't believe Jeanne knew anything about being born again. She had gone to church all her life but I doubt she had been born of the Spirit of God ... baptized with the Holy Ghost and with Fire as John the Baptist said Jesus would do.)
Luke 3 ... 16 John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose:HE (Jesus) shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire:

After I finished buying for my shop, we went to the Church of Christ building where my cousin attended church. Many of my relatives lived in Albuquerque at that time and they gathered at the building to see me baptized.
The minister asked me if I would like to say anything.
I told of how I had been baptized in water at age 15 but was not born again. I talked about how God had revealed Himself to me and now I am born again of the Spirit of God.
I noticed my uncle crying as I spoke. One of my cousins was shaking her head up and down.
Then the minister took me into the area to lower me into water. The Holy Ghost began speaking to me. HE said: "This is like being buried with Christ."
As I came out of the water, the Holy Ghost said to me: "This is like being raised with Christ."
Afterward my uncle who had been crying as I spoke said to me: "I've never heard anything like you spoke. Can you write that out for me and send it to me?"
I replied: "I guess I can." (After returning to Dallas where I lived I did write out what I spoke and sent it to my uncle. I think my uncle was born again at the time I spoke these things, although he was already a church member and had been baptised in water, I don't think he was born of the Spirit of God until I spoke.)
What happened to me is what Paul wrote about in Romans 6 ...
3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death:that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. 7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.
8 Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:9 Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him. 10 For in that he died, he died unto sin once:but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.
11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. 13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin:but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. 14 For sin shall not have dominion over you:for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
15 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.
16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
17 But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you. 18 Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness. 19 I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh:for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness.
20 For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness. 21 What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death. 22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. 23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Jesus said ... John 3 ... Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
