2 Thessalonians 2

In 1982, I was reading this scripture, when God said to me: "The falling away are not people leaving the churches. The falling away are the churches leaving the scriptures."
(Jesus will destroy the apostate churches and those people who fail to have a love of the scriptures that they may be saved.)

26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

💥 Divorce and remarriage:
Matthew 5:32 But
I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the
cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever
shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
* There is only one scriptural reason for a man to divorce his wife and that is if his wife is "unfaithful" to him.

If the wife is faithful and remarries after he divorces her, she will
commit adultery upon her remarriage after divorce, but her husband who
divorced her will be the cause of her adultery.
* The man who marries a divorced woman commits adultery.
