πŸ’₯ God looks upon man to see what man does on the earth.

Genesis 6

And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

6 And it repented the LORD that HE had made man on the earth, and it grieved HIM at HIS heart.

7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth ME that I have made them.

8 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.

(So God made a way for Noah to escape in the midst of the evil of men of this earth and God saved Noah though God destroyed the other men from off the earth.)

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

11 The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence.

12 And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.

13 And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before ME; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.

(But God made a way of escape for Noah and Noah's family. God told Noah what to do and when Noah obeyed God, Noah was saved, and his family.)

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

17 And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein is the breath of life, from under heaven; and every thing that is in the earth shall die.

18 But with thee will I establish MY covenant; and thou shalt come into the ark, thou, and thy sons, and thy wife, and thy sons' wives with thee.

19 And of every living thing of all flesh, two of every sort shalt thou bring into the ark, to keep them alive with thee; they shall be male and female.

20 Of fowls after their kind, and of cattle after their kind, of every creeping thing of the earth after his kind, two of every sort shall come unto thee, to keep them alive.

21 And take thou unto thee of all food that is eaten, and thou shalt gather it to thee; and it shall be for food for thee, and for them.

22 Thus did Noah; according to all that God commanded him, so did he.

(All we need do before the coming judgment is what God tells us.)

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

God caused rain to fall 40 days and 40 nights. The earth was covered with water and all creatures , man and animal, died, except for those who were in the ark with Noah.

After the flood:

(A promise made by God.)

Genesis 8:22  While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.

But the day of the Lord will bring the judgments of God and the heaven and earth will be destroyed by fire.

2 Peter 3

10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,

12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

13 Nevertheless we, according to HIS promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of HIM in peace, without spot, and blameless.
