Antichrist is a spirit that comes through church groups as they remove portions of scripture from the church.

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

Peter, John, and Paul spoke of antichrist and how there were already many antichrists in their day and they warned the churches of such.

Antichrist is not just one man.

Antichrist is a spirit operating in many men.  It is a spirit that opposes scripture and sets itself up above scripture in the church.

II Thessalonians 2:3-4     Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;  Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

That falling away reveals the man of sin in the church ...  they fell away from portions of scripture which opened the door for antichrist, lawlessness in the church itself.

Paul tells us it would happen "in the temple of God" where the lawless shows himself to be god over the scripture.

NASB ... 3-4    Let no one in any way deceive you, for it will not come unless the apostasy comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, who opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, displaying himself as being God.

This is what we are seeing today in churches.  And it is spreading throughout the church groups as the groups draw nearer to the ways of this world, approving remarriage after divorce, approving many other sins, calling drunkenness a disease, compromising scripture to make themselves acceptable in the eyes of the people of the world... destruction through a gospel of tolerance and love which replaces the scriptures which hold people back from sins of this world.

This is the apostasy.

One of the most perverted scriptures is John 8, concerning the woman taken in adultery.

vv. 10-12   Jesus said:  Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?
She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

(They leave out:  "Go, and sin no more.")

Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth Me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

And what do we do in this time?

We keep ourselves by holding fast to the scriptures they have discarded.  If necessary, we speak those scriptures which will usually cause them not to want to be around us.

Pam Padgett was engaged to be married until she spoke scripture concerning adultery to her fiancΓ©.  As soon as she spoke pertinent scripture to him, he stopped calling her and then he revealed he no longer wanted to marry her.

His son was going to marry a divorced woman.  Pam shared the following scripture telling him that if the son married this divorced woman, he would commit adultery.

Matthew 5:32   Jesus said:  whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.

Today Pam reports she is so glad she didn't marry Chuck.

Pam was freed from him by speaking the Word of God in the issue at hand.

My cleaning woman rose up recently to try to force me to do something I did not want to do.  I had a type of cold or flu.  She was insisting that she would drive me to medical clinic.  I was fully capable of driving myself to medical clinic if that is the way I felt God was leading me to go.

But she set herself up "as god" ... not turning to God.  (She is Catholic.)

I stood firm, resisting, knowing she is not god and knowing she was operating entirely by her own flesh and what she thought.  And also I knew that I had been praying,  asking God what HE wanted me to do.

She backed down.

She probably thought I was unreasonable and even foolish but she did back down and I continued in what I believed to be faith in God going the way I believe God led me in this secular matter.

I would rather the subject never come up but it did and I stood firm in what I believe to have been faith in God and the way God was leading me.

I can live in peace this way.  I could never live in peace going her way to please her and to make her feel good.

If they do not respect your faith for yourself in God, let them leave you if need be.

Those who don't know God, often try to become god.

Recently I have seen reconciliations occur with people in my own life and also in lives of those in our little church group.  These have been good things.

When we have trouble with other people often we feel something in our own hearts that is not good.

When we reconcile through God's way, then our heart is made good toward that other person.

This does not mean we are going to be "buddies" with the other person.  But when we meet the other person in the grocery, we feel free to wave to that person across the room and we don't have any bad thing in our heart toward that person.

I believe this is part of being "without spot" and "blameless".

II Peter 3:10-14    But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,

Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of Him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
