Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet
Often when we are young, we go about thinking everything can be made right.
When this is the case, we strive greatly to make this world righteous, to make this present world a better place.
When we understand this present world will never be righteous, we enter into a special peace with God, knowing truth ... that righteous world we desire is
"the new heaven and the new earth" that God will create to come after this present heaven and earth is destroyed by the wrath of God that is coming upon all the world.
The apostle Peter explains:
II Peter 3:10-14 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of Him in peace, without spot, and blameless.

When we understand our kingdom is not of this world, as Jesus said HIS kingdom was not of this world (John 18:36) ... when we understand all we can see with our natural eye will be destroyed by God and will be replaced by that "new heaven and new earth wherein dwelleth righteousness" ... then, hopefully, we can stop striving over this present earth and go forward dealing with ourselves, keeping ourselves in the love of God as we wait for that new heaven and new earth.
For we live at the end time.
The apostasy is in the church groups, where they fall away from specific scripture and set up another doctrine to replace the doctrine of Christ.
We are on the threshold of the return of Jesus whereby HE raises the dead and changes the bodies of those who are still living on this earth and are waiting for Him.
Our hope and view is so different from that of the previous decades of the church.
Abraham had the promises of the creation of a people who would outnumber the stars in heaven.
For decades this people developed as the chosen people of God.
The prophets spoke of the coming Messiah and they greatly looked forward to that.
Jesus came and was crucified and the New Testament Church based on the New Covenants of God came forth.
The apostles had their goal in the establishment of all the doctrines of Christ in the NT church and of turning people to Jesus and this new way of God, faith in God through Jesus.
Decades passed with the remnant of God continuing through all the generations.
Then we began to see churches eliminate various doctrines from the Bible and for many decades the ordained apostasy came into the churches.
Now we await the second coming of Jesus when HE will remove us from this present earth and take us up to that new heaven and new earth which God showed the apostle John and he shared with us in the following scripture.
Revelation 21:1-5
And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself shall be with them, and be their God.
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
And He that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new.

We will no longer have these fleshly bodies but we will be changed into our new spiritual bodies.
Then we will be as the angels.
Do you ever wonder how you will be able to worship God through all eternity?
We probably couldn't if we had this flesh that we now have, but we will no longer have this flesh that produces all these human emotions.
Then we will be as the angels, Jesus explains:
Matthew 22:30 For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.
Angels do not have the flesh we have. At the time of the resurrection, we will shed this fleshly body that we now have. We will have new spiritual bodies for all eternity. This makes us as the angels.
So to try to understand eternity thinking of our current flesh is impossible.
I Corinthians 15:50-52 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep (die), but we shall all be changed,
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
Don't you see?
This flesh we now live in will disappear and it will happen instantly, in the blink of an eye.
And we will have new spiritual bodies which are not subject to the current corruption of the flesh.
Thus no more emotions that produce sorrow, no more death, no more pain ... for we will not have the flesh that causes these feelings.
We will have new spiritual bodies and thereby be "as the angels".
When God sent Jesus to earth to die for us, Jesus was made "a little lower than the angels," for the suffering of death. (Hebrews 2:7-9) In other words, Jesus had to be made in the form of flesh in order to suffer in the flesh, for angels do not have flesh and do not suffer the things the flesh causes us to suffer.
In the new heaven and new earth, we won't suffer these fleshly things either for this flesh as we know it will be gone forever and we will have bodies like the angels who do not have flesh.
Without flesh, we will have pure righteousness!
So we look forward to that ... the redemption of our bodies ... the new spiritual body ... the new Jerusalem wherein dwelleth righteousness ... the new heaven and the new earth where God creates all things new!
In the meantime, we wait in peace without spot and blameless, as Peter told us to do. II Peter 3
