Pam Padgett was the middle child of 3 sisters who were raised in a Catholic family.
Pam's eldest sister liked to wear Catholic nun's dress. She had obtained nun's clothing in her size and wore Nun's habit about the neighbor when they were children.
Pam had no interest in religion and felt the Catholic church was "spooky".
When Pam was approximately 14, one of her classmates was killed on a motorcycle. Pam was so shocked to realize that someone her age could die. Immediately she knew that had she died that day she would not go to heaven, and that the things they had taught her in the Catholic church would not save her. Her only hope was God. So she cried out to God for help asking God to please save her.
After that she knew there was something "of God" in her.
Years later, Pam saw a scripture and then she knew what it was that was in her.
I Corinthians 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

God sanctifies HIMSELF in HIS people:
Ezekiel 3
(When God chooses us and pulls us out from among the heathen and reveals Himself to us, we are changed in front of other people and as God is sanctified in us before their eyes, they even see salvation because of the difference God made in us. We aren't the same person they once knew. We are changed into another person and thus God is sanctified in us before their eyes.)
24 For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land.
25 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.
26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
27 And I will put MY spirit within you, and cause you to walk in MY statutes, and ye shall keep MY judgments, and do them.
(Of the three sisters, Pam was the sister chosen by God and HE was sanctified in her.)

I gained personal knowledge of Pam's way of life when she began doing the technical work for the ministry in publishing books and blog and later Podcasts.
Pam settled things with God through prayer, seeking the will of God.
So many people in church groups sought to please me as we worked together. Pam sought to please God! Her way was the way of God and God was sanctified in her because she sought HIS will in various matters and did what she believed to be right in God's sight, pleasing HIM. Therefore it was very easy for me to work with her for we were both seeking the will of God, not the praise of church people.

When Pam was 66-years-old (in 2022), she was diagnosed with bladder cancer.
The cancer doctor prescribed the following treatment: 4 chemotherapy treatments followed by surgical removal of the bladder which required rebuilding a bladder from part of the intestines. Following surgery Pam would have to drain her bladder by a type of catheter inserted into the bladder by herself, and this might be the case for the remainder of her life.
Pam said when she prayed about this she felt like Jesus praying not to have to go to the cross and she asked God, as did Jesus, that if possible this "cup" be removed from her.
I was praying the same thing: That this surgery would be removed from the treatment plan and that another way would replace the surgery.

In connection with chemo therapy, a chemo pharmacist gave some publications to Pam and one statement got Pam's attention. They have found a combination chemo-radiation treatment might be just as effective as bladder removal.
There is a specialist who lives and works in Colorado Springs where we live. This doctor will meet with Pam on November 17 to explore this with Pam.

Regardless, God is sanctified in Pam as she shows HIM as long as HE chooses to leave Pam on this present earth.
