Before we were born again, we lived by our flesh. We did not have the Spirit of God to lead us in the way of God. So if a person was tired or angry and came to us, we reacted to them in a fleshly way which was all we knew.
Now we have learned another way, the way of God.
So when someone is reacting by their own flesh, we see that and we know to pray for that person and enlist the help of God in controlling both us and them through God.
I have often seen individuals turn immediately as I sought God on their behalf through prayer.
James 5:16 The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
So when you see that person is out of sorts and tried, pray immediately asking God to help that person.
Control your own tongue.
James 1:26 If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain.
If the other person is reacting by his own flesh and you allow your flesh to react, much evil will be loosed.
So learn to react by the Spirit of God by praying for the disorderly person and speaking as God would have you speak.
