Seducing spirits in last days

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

The apostle Paul warned us ...

I Tim. 4:1 ... Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

Ideas and attractions will come to try to lead you to go a way that is not of God.  It may seem to be of God but when authored by a "seducing spirit" it is not of God.

I believe many "ministers" have a spirit speak to them luring them off to the ministry when they are not called nor equipped by God for the ministry.  Some leave their families, having no income, to pursue "by faith" a calling which they think is of God.

Satan appears as an angel of light ...but Satan comes to us to lead us in "good" ways that will destroy us.

We, who really belong to God, know that along the way we are often pulled back into the path as we begin to drift from side to side as we go along the path.  We make corrections to our way by the Spirit of God.  We pull ourselves back into the path assigned by God by the Spirit of God as we yield to HIS Spirit.

Seducing spirits often present things that "attract" us one way or another.

Seduce means:  attract someone to a belief or into a course of action that is inadvisable or foolhardy... persuade someone to abandon his duty ...

To stay where God puts us is sometimes a challenge.  Other things can seem more exciting or more worthy.  We see women (mothers) leave their little children to join the army.  Men sometimes leave their wife and children to go off to minister to the unsaved when they are not really called by God to do this.  It is all a tragedy.

Then Paul says  ... I Tim. 4 ... 2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; 3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. 4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:5 For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.

I met a woman once who said she was a prophet.  She had a rule that she would not minister with anyone who drank coffee.  I was shocked by this and I asked her "why"?  She replied that coffee could give a person a "surge" which might seem like the Holy Spirit.  I told her I did not agree with her doctrine.

Some church groups set up diets for their members ... such as Catholic which prohibits eating of meat on Fridays and requires members to eat something like fish instead.  (Jesus called fish meat.  John 21:5)

Some church groups forbid their ministers to marry ... forgetting that Peter was married and had children.

And forgetting what Jesus said ... Mt. 19 ...  1 And it came to pass, that when Jesus had finished these sayings, he departed from Galilee, and came into the coasts of Judaea beyond Jordan; 2 And great multitudes followed him; and he healed them there.

3 The Pharisees also came unto him, tempting him, and saying unto him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for every cause?

4 And HE answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, 5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife:and they twain shall be one flesh? 6 Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.

7 They say unto him, Why did Moses then command to give a writing of divorcement, and to put her away?

8 He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives:but from the beginning it was not so. 9 And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery:and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.

10 His disciples say unto him, If the case of the man be so with his wife, it is not good to marry.

11 But HE said unto them, All men cannot receive this saying, save they to whom it is given. 12 For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from their mother's womb:and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men:and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.

The apostle Paul did not marry.  Peter did marry.  God must ordain it when the man is not going to marry.  No human can do this.

There are many seducing spirits and doctrines of devils set in the churches today.  Everything that comes to us must be set in order by God through the Holy Spirit and the Holy Scriptures which are able to make us wise unto salvation through faith in Christ.

II Tim. 3 ... 16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

But we must rightly divide the word of God by the Spirit of God otherwise Satan can use even the Bible to put a person into bondage.  Many churches today are in various bondages which are incorrect.

For example:  One very strange doctrine of devils is the doctrine that in the gathering of the church you cannot use instrumental music.  (This is really strange doctrine.)  Church of Christ in USA has this doctrine.  They use the scripture which speaks of singing and making melody in your hearts.  But if you really did that, you would not have to make any sound at all it would just be in your heart.

Many churches pass a tray with crackers/grape juice and call it "The Lord's Supper".  The Lord's supper is the partaking of the Word of God, eating and drinking (applying) the Word of God in a proper way to your life.

Some church groups require women to wear long dresses and put head scarves on head, covering head.  The real covering for a woman is hair.

I Cor. 11 ...  4 Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonoureth his head. 5 But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head:for that is even all one as if she were shaven. 6 For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn:but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered. 7 For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God:but the woman is the glory of the man. 8 For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man. 9 Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man. 10 For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head because of the angels. 11 Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman without the man, in the Lord. 12 For as the woman is of the man, even so is the man also by the woman; but all things of God.
13 Judge in yourselves:is it comely that a woman pray unto God uncovered? 14 Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him? 15 But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her:for her hair is given her for a covering.
