Comments by Joan Boney:
Pam Padgett shared with us recently that she writes her prayers on a tablet as she prays and it helps her a lot.
I really liked that concept and began typing my prayers as I prayed daily.
I was surprised how much more YOU, God, became real to me! And it increased my desire to pray over everything. I had greatly increased peace also when I began writing my prayers. I knew YOU, God, were in charge even when chaos appeared. Evil will not win out. Eventually the end will come and only the righteous will be there in the new heaven and new earth which YOU have created for us.
Revelation 21 John says:
1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and HE will dwell with them, and they shall be HIS people, and God Himself shall be with them, and be their God.
4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
5 And HE that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new.

Isaiah the prophet tells us that the former things will not even come to mind in heaven.
Isaiah 65:17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.
So our focus on people on this earth won't even be remembered! What a waste we do by fretting over people here. Commit them to God.
Focus on things of the Bible for the Word matters.
Soon Jesus will come and take the "elect" off this earth.
Matthew 24:29-31 Jesus says ...
29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
31 And HE shall send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together HIS elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

* Let us learn to go forward continually in peace ... without spot ... and blameless, as the apostle Peter tells us to live in 2 Peter 3:14.
* Let us put away the troubling ones who steal our peace.
Speaking to God: I believe that "mean streak" I have often heard in Barbara is a devil in Barbara speaking through her. I pray that YOU would cast out that devil. I think it has been in her a long while, at least as a teen-ager. For I perceive great evil and can see her as she was in high school and have heard her even now as she railed at me. Please deliver her that only pure, sweet water is in her.
James 3
10 Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be.
11 Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter?
12 Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries? either a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh.
11 Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter?
12 Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries? either a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh.

Let us learn to talk to God continually ... Let God be our companion that we are not alone on this earth.

Genesis 6:5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
It's getting worse and worse as Paul said it would do (2 Tim. 3:13) and I know we must carefully pick what we do in the days in which we live and we must be careful who we choose to be around!

For they will keep us from having: peace and calm, living without spot and blameless... living as Peter said to live while waiting for the coming of Jesus. Setting our life where this can happen.
Deliver us from evil!
Thank YOU for the blog. I'm very fortunate to have the ability to publish the blog for that allows me to know that the church can receive every thing YOU bring to me through that blog if they choose to partake.

Deliver us from evil please! I think doing these written prayers help deliver us from today's evil.
I feel much more peace and much calmer doing these... and I rejoice in the day before me NOW.
I realize if the evil read the blog they will likely take offense and get mad. But what I write is truth. Those who can accept the truth about themselves can be saved as we accepted the truth and were born again and changed.
Hebrews 3:1-2 1 Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;
2 Who was faithful to HIM that appointed HIM, as also Moses was faithful in all his house.
2 Who was faithful to HIM that appointed HIM, as also Moses was faithful in all his house.
Hebrews 12
Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before HIM endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
5 And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of HIM:
6 For whom the Lord loveth HE chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom HE receiveth.
7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?
8 But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.
9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?
10 For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but HE for our profit, that we might be partakers of HIS holiness.
11 Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.
12 Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees;
13 And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed.

I almost can't stand any news today. The stories are often so evil, vulgar, vile, unnecessary... puffing up man and presenting him as "good" when I know he is evil, for very few have integrity or morality today. Jesus knew what was in man and so do we when we are willing to see the truth by the Holy Spirit.
John 2:25 And needed not that any should testify of man: for HE knew what was in man.
(If we will learn to pay attention to the Holy Spirit of God we will also will know truth about man and situations for the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth.) Their fruits show truth and so do ours!
Jesus says:
Matthew 24
And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

And these prayers to YOU daily writing them out makes me feel "connected" to YOU ...even when I am doing other things ... connected to YOU in ways I never before felt ... helping me greatly ... not to be lonely. YOU are always there.
And YOU are good.
The things I've learned recently makes me want to live and makes living in this time durable.

Every time I do a scripture, I find I'm instantly in a better life and am at peace.
