* Thank YOU for teaching me about peace and how to follow after peace and for eliminating people and activities which cause me to be troubled and "wasted".
* Thank YOU for the snow and the variations in weather.
* Thank YOU for the place I live and for putting me to live with another believer who has the type of faith I have.
* Thank YOU for the great company YOU provide and the inner understanding that I am never alone.
* Thank YOU for The Word of God. I can't imagine going forward without having the Word of God before me to lead me and give me courage and to show me what to do.
* Thank YOU for providing for all my needs ... food, clothing, shelter, godly human company
* Deliver me from evil ... open my eyes to understand when humans would hurt me and activities would hurt me.
* Please help me to edify the church!
* Please show me what to do that I may be in better position to edify people in godly ways.
* Please help me to live a godly life going forward. Please help me to put away from me ungodly ways, ungodly concepts, ungodly people whether on TV or in reality.
* Please help me to love the good and hate the evil.
I don't believe much time is left. Please fill my time with good.
Please help me think on good things as the apostle Paul said to do.
Philippians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
* virtue defined: doing what is right in the sight of God; following that which is brought to your mind by the Holy Spirit for that is the heart of God on the matter at hand; strength shown by God even when it is difficult to do causing loss to you in reputation among men; conforming to Bible by doing what Bible says by the Holy Spirit of God.
John 8:31-32 Jesus says: Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on HIM, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
continue means: to go on in a specified course of action: to do and to keep on doing.
