 When I hear from God, I always try to obey immediately, as soon as possible. I feel devils will attack me to try to make me think I didn't hear from God if I don't do what I hear fast.

Here is a scripture which commends Joseph for acting quickly.

Matthew 1:24 Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him.
 
(God gave Joseph dreams to show him what to do?  Matthew 2)
 
When God is leading you and you know it, then you can move.
 
Often God gives me assignment at my waking up in the morning, even as my eyes are beginning to open.
