Matthew 24
1 And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and HIS disciples came to HIM for to shew HIM the buildings of the temple.
2 And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
3 And as HE sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto HIM privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of THY coming, and of the end of the world?
4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
5 For many shall come in MY name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
They come saying they are Christians and because they say that they can work their way into our lives to deceive us.
Here are the real Christians: Romans 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

Jesus intercedes for us and we intercede for others.
As we intercede ....
1 Timothy 2:1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
HIS intercession for us ......
Romans 8:34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
Romans 8:27 And HE that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because HE maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
We need to be diligent to intercede for others as HE is diligent to intercede for us.

Proverbs 4:26 Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established.
ponder:
- consider carefully (before God), especially before making a decision or reaching a conclusion
- examine attentively or deliberately
- consider thoroughly and with care
established:
- to make firm or stable
- put on a firm basis and beyond doubt (firm basis is what God has said about the matter)
