I've just been through a very big spiritual battle the last 24 hours.
After brushing my teeth this morning, I thought I would lie down for a few minutes. From my bed I could feel the cool air coming through the window and see the clouds out the window and I was very excited to realize that peace and joy have returned to my soul after the battle.
