Isaiah 12
3 Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.
4 And in that day shall ye say, Praise the LORD, call upon HIS name, declare HIS doings among the people, make mention that HIS name (The Word) is exalted.
5 Sing unto the LORD; for HE hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth.
6 Cry out and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion: for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee.
The Holy Spirit of God lives in each believer in the NT Church.
I Corinthians 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
John 14:26 (Jesus says) But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in MY name, HE shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
John 16:13 Howbeit when HE, the Spirit of truth, is come, HE will guide you into all truth: for HE shall not speak of Himself; but whatsoever HE shall hear (from God), that shall HE speak: and HE will shew you things to come.
The Holy Spirit of God WHO lives in us does this for us:
* He teaches us all things. (concerning secular and spiritual matters)
* He brings to our mind all that Jesus has said.
* He guides us into all truth.
* He shows us things to come.
This is a mightly power of God in us.

But for those who fail to love the truth of the word of God and the Holy Spirit, there is a time God will judge and in this God sends a strong delusion that they will believe a lie. Here is what the Bible says.
2 Thessalonians 2
(God will send a strong delusion on those who persist in believing a lie and fail to love the truth ... Hitler's followers were deluded. The person who is deluded cannot see himself deluded but we see the delusion because we are not deluded. It is the same today in churches where they have fallen away from verses of scripture. I see that delusion on the faces of the wild eyed political followers when they gather at their political conventions. We see sports fans who get "drunk" at the sporting event with the desire to win. The bubble bursts and it's over and they walk away sad but sober.
God sets the ones who are to be destroyed and God brings strong delusion often before the fall. )
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
(If you want to see the way God sets up HIS judgment, read the Book of Jeremiah.)

2 Corinthians 3
17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

2 Corinthians 12:9-10
9 And HE said unto me, MY grace is sufficient for thee: for MY strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of CHRIST may rest upon me.
10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for CHRIST'S sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

2 Timothy 2
10 Therefore I endure all things for the elect's sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.
11 It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with HIM, we shall also live with HIM:
12 If we suffer, we shall also reign with HIM: if we deny HIM, HE also will deny us:
13 If we believe not, yet HE abideth faithful: HE cannot deny himself.

1 Chronicles 28:20 And David said to Solomon his son, Be strong and of good courage, and do it: fear not, nor be dismayed: for the Lord God, even my God, will be with thee; HE will not fail thee, nor forsake thee, until thou hast finished all the work for the service of the house of the Lord.

Psalm 90
10 The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.
11 Who knoweth the power of THINE anger? even according to THY fear, so is THY wrath.
12 So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.
