My mother in law passed away a year ago in February. We have hoped to rent her home since she passed. We have been leery about renting as we were concerned about the people who are out there in the world.
We both prayed asking God to help us find the right tenant. We waited to see if any family would come forth. They did not. Then we spread by word of mouth. No result. Six weeks ago we contacted a real estate agent and listed it. Last week she contacted us with someone who wanted to rent the house. The couple is perfect for us a very good outcome.
