πŸ’₯ To live in Christ and have Christ live in you.

By this scripture God taught me how to live in Christ and have Christ live in me.

Joshua 1:8  (God says)  This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

πŸ’₯  The Holy Spirit reminds us of scripture.  That is the scripture we need to focus on day and night, doing that scripture.  By doing that scripture, we live in that scripture and we make that scripture a part of us. We live in Christ (the Word) and Christ (the Word) lives in us.

There are several scriptures called to my attention through the years and I kept these scriptures before my eyes for weeks or even months, doing these verses, walking in them and allowing these scriptures to live in me.

πŸ’₯  Philippians 2:7  But made himself of no reputation,

πŸ’₯  Ephesians 4:29  Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.

πŸ’₯  Philippians 4:6  Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

When tempted:  "Please God, don't let me say that ... Please don't let me do that."

πŸ’₯  Psalm 51:10  Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.

I am persuaded that only God can do this in me.  And I know know HE will do this when I ask HIM and depend on HIM.

πŸ’₯  James 1:5  If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

πŸ’₯  Hebrews 13:5  Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

πŸ’₯  Matthew 11:30  For MY yoke is easy, and MY burden is light.

πŸ’₯  James 3

13 Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation (a good manner of life) his works with meekness of wisdom.

14 But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth.

15 This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.

16 For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.

17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

18 And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.

πŸ’₯  Romans 14:19  Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.

πŸ’₯  Colossians 3:15  And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

πŸ’₯  II Peter 3:14  Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of HIM in peace, without spot, and blameless.
