The apostle Peter said:
II Peter 3:13-14 Nevertheless we, according to HIS promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of HIM in peace, without spot, and blameless.

As we walk in the Spirit of God, we will do works of the Spirit, and the fruits of the Spirit will follow those things HE shows us to say and to do.
Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance:

God will do the works and add to the church those who are being saved and they will be changed and you will see a new Spirit in them, the Holy Spirit.
