Heirs with God, joint heirs with Christ

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

For those who belong to God ... We are heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ ...

If you have brother or sister, you are likely joint heirs ... sharing equally in your father's estate.

The concept of Romans 8 seems to be sharing equally with Christ in the kingdom of God and with God HIMSELF.

Romans 8 ... 12 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. 13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die:but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. 14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. 15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. 16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint- heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

We certainly suffer with Christ when we live by the instruction given in a scripture ...  people will mock us and try to persuade us to go another way when we live a scripture.  We will suffer by doing such. And we "suffer in the flesh" when we do a scripture, not allowing the flesh to do as it wants to do thereby causing the flesh to "suffer".  But we will reign with Christ by doing scripture.

And we know this:  We are buried with Christ through baptism and raised with Christ through the power of God.  Romans 6

We go down into the water and it is symbolic of dying to the flesh, that God may reign in us.

We come out of the water which is symbolic of being raised by God with Christ to live another way on this present earth, a way of God.

And God gives us HIS Spirit to lead us so that we can go in the way of God while we live in this "evil" world ... and we will suffer when we do this for this world is very evil.

Even in the first generation church, the world was described as evil.

I John 5 ... 19 And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.

Paul said it would get worse and worse ...

II Tim. 3 ... 13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. 14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; 15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith (through believing what those scripture say) which is in Christ Jesus.

James said ...

James 4 ... 4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.

Knowing such, determine to hunt treasure daily in the Word of God ... when you find that treasure (scripture) consider how it pertains to your life ... live that scripture, making adjustments to your life by that scripture ... continue in that scripture ...

And determine daily to seek God through reading the Bible, finding a scripture, and doing the instruction given by that scripture.

... thus keeping yourself in the love of God by doing that scripture, making that instruction a way of life.
