8 And when HE had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.

Ephesians 4

16 But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee;

18 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in ME.
19 Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:
2 Peter 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of HIM who hath called you out of darkness into HIS marvellous light:
Revelation 22 Jesus says:
12 And, behold, I come quickly; and MY reward is with ME, to give every man according as his work shall be.
13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
14 Blessed are they that do HIS commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

Jesus makes us to reign on this earth as kings and priests by HIS blood and puts us into the ministries of the New Testament church to edify the church in things of God.

some, pastors and teachers;
some, pastors and teachers;
12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

From heaven Jesus calls HIS ministers as Jesus called the apostle Paul from heaven:
Acts 26 (Paul says to king Agrippa)

And we reign on this earth through that Word given to us by God by HIS Spirit. For that Word overcomes all and endures forever.
How could we not overcome all on this earth through HIS Word?
Revelation 3:5 Jesus says: He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before MY Father, and before HIS angels.

Therefore the apostle Paul says:
Romans 8:37 In all these things we are more than conquerors through HIM that loved us.
Through THE WORD given us by God by HIS Spirit we overcome all on this present earth.
And we who overcome through THE WORD reign with Jesus on HIS throne in heaven.
