James 3:17 But
the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle,
and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without
partiality, and without hypocrisy.
Daniel 2:20 Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever: for wisdom and might are HIS:
II Corinthians 1:12 For
our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in
simplicity and godly sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom, but by the
grace of God, we have had our conversation in the world, and more
abundantly to you-ward.
Psalm 111:10 The
fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have
all they that do HIS commandments: HIS praise endureth for ever.
The
fear of the Lord is the understanding that God knows what is best for
us so when we read the Word of God or hear a word directly from God we
know that is the way to go and to go any other way is to our detriment
and destruction. We would be afraid to go any other way after hearing a
word from God.
Proverbs 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.
James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
Proverbs 12:1 (God says) Counsel is MINE, and sound wisdom: I am understanding; I have strength.
Ephesians 1:8 Wherein HE (God) hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence;
