We must be close to the last days before Jesus returns to gather the church.
As we approach the end, devils become more active for they know their time is short.
Revelation 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
Devils speak and act through humans.
Therefore violence increases on this earth. Hatred and other works of the flesh of man increases toward the end of this world.
There is a very big difference between TV news today and the TV news of the previous years.
News used to present what had happened. That is news.
Now TV news often will present a headline of what has happened (news) followed by opinions of humans as to what could happen. (speculation)
Examples:
* Gas prices could increase significantly.
* Higher prices for food will likely grow to heights we have never seen before.
These statements can produce great fear and might even cause you to try to make more money putting you in a weakened spiritual condition.
We who belong to God must focus instead on the great promises given to us by God in the Holy Bible.
Philippians 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
We, who are of God, must choose to focus on what the Bible says!
2 Peter 1
4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

We bring unnecessary trouble upon ourselves when we watch fearful things such as TV news.
Focus on such things as the following scriptures:
James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
Concerning the end times, Jesus warned us:
Matthew 24
13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
We must eliminate from our lives those things which fight against the Word of God and bring fear.
This time we now live in is very dangerous.
There are many things on TV which I have chosen not to watch because they bring fear and fight the truth of the scriptures.
Also often on TV we see women who are almost naked and flaunt evil by their ungodly dress and manner.
Recently a shockingly dressed woman appeared on TV screen and I thought, "I wish they would stop that woman from wearing these things."
And immediately I heard this from the Holy Spirit: "You can control this by turning the TV off."
This is true!
(This was a report on NFL-TV . I turned this off and have never watched that report since I heard this from the Holy Spirit.)
Living in peace is critical for us.
Philippians 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
