Many will go in incorrect ways and follow false teacher who come saying Jesus is Lord.
The scriptures tell us this will happen: MANY
So do not be surprised that false teachers have very large crowds attending their meetings today.
Beware of this.
II Peter 2 ... And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. 3 And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you:whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.
Jesus said the following is a sign of the last days ...
Mt. 24 ... 3 And as HE (Jesus) sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. 5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I (Jesus) am Christ; and shall deceive many.
Paul warned us: If anyone comes thinking that "gain" is a sign of godliness, turn away from that person. I Tim. 6:5
