💥 This scripture is so important.

2 John verses 8-11

8 Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward.

9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.

10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:

11 For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.

If you "wish someone well" and that person goes out and commits sin, then you will partake of his evil deeds and lose your full reward in heaven.

I do not "wish a person well" unless I have seen a demonstration of that person hearing from the Spirit of God and seeing that person follow the Holy Spirit of God.

I would not consider voting for a politician, but I will pray for rulers, for this is what the Bible tells me to do.

1 Timothy 2:1-3  I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.  For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
