Jesus said:
Matthew 6
Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be THY name.
10 THY kingdom come. THY will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil:

Pour out your heart before God:
Philippians 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
Live in peace by connecting to God by prayer the second a problem or fear surfaces.
Pray continually: That means every time you are troubled or fearful, pray instantly.
Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Settle the matter with God by prayer.
Sometimes when I do this, it even feels like a weight lifts from my shoulders!
