* The "bomb" of Coronavirus fell on us and life as we had known it ended.

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

The change came for us in the United States on March 11, 2020Within a few hours everything we had come to know was swept away.  Life changed immediately.

The big college basketball tournament went first.  March Madness was not to happen!  Unheard of.  That same day, the National Basketball Association cancelled the season.  Major league baseball vanished.  Even the PGA which plays outside in the fresh air stopped.  And then schools cancelled for the entire school year!

It happened for us one month ago today in USA ... and already many of us have grown weary!

Will it really end on April 30?  or will it again be postponed?  And will we ever really feel safe again?

Like Pearl Harbor everything changed that day!

We began to learn words that we had never before had in our vocabulary:  "Social distancing" and "shelter in place"

And we entered a season where we were shut up in our houses.

Isaiah 24:10   The city of confusion is broken down: every house is shut up, that no man may come in.

None of this came upon us gradually.  It was like a "bomb" falling on our way of life.

And we saw things never before experienced, even in war time.

Most of the businesses closed!  Most people no longer had jobs.  And a vast number of people had learned, through the years, to live in debt.  How could they manage now?

To me the best thing is this.  We can see how quickly things can change.  Who would have thought all this could end in a few hours?

I don't believe this is the great tribulation.

But doesn't it make the writings of the great tribulation more real to us?

Now we see how fast it can happen!

Concerning the destruction of Babylon:

Revelation 18  (end time judgments)

And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.

2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.

4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities

6 Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.

7 How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.

8 Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.

Now we understand how fast it can change.

Governments of men speak of recovery and how hopeful we should be.

Perhaps they are right, this time.

But haven't we experienced something that changed us?  forever?

Will we ever again take it all for granted?

And we who know Bible know that which is coming and we know those events will not be turned.  (Revelation 8-16)

Don't we feel differently about everything now?

Now we have no doubt it can all go down so fast.

It is like having a rug pulled out from under us.

I don't think we will ever walk again on this earth in the comfort that we did before this happened.

And for those of us who belong to God, we should draw closer to the scriptures for we see they are true, don't we?

The time comes when this heaven and earth will pass away!  But the Word of God will never pass away.  We should cling to that Word.

Revelation 8  (the beginning "woes" of the great tribulation)

6 And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound.

7 The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.

8 And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;  9 And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.

10 And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;  11 And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.

12 And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.

The 4th angel's "woes" are the ones I find so very interesting.

There will be 1/3 more darkness.

1/3 less daylight time.
1/3 less light of the stars at night.
1/3 less moon shinning at night.
1/3 more darkness than we currently have on the earth.

I would think this would greatly affect growing seasons.

13 And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!
