Volume 4 ... #18
A sin different from all other sins

There is one sin different from all other sins.

Paul explains.

I Cor. 6 ... 15 Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid. 16 What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh. 17 But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.

18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his (Christ's) own body.

19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

At the time of sexual intercourse, the two become one flesh.

Sex today in nations such as France, England, USA has reached a position with most people that it is sort of like choosing what foods you will eat today ... in other words, sexual intercourse is no big deal today ... do what "feels" good ... "everybody does it" ... no problem ...

This attitude among the masses is something different from the view of sex outside of marriage that we witnessed in the 1940's and in earlier decades although it was beginning to change even then.

All this is the "transgressors" coming to the full (Daniel 8) and leads to the arrival of the "king" of fierce countenance spoken of in Daniel 8.

23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up. 24 And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power:and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people. 25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many:he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.

We can see how "peace" can destroy as we look at today's approval of sins by church groups and by society.  Basically saying, "It's okay to be homosexual.  God loves you.  We love you.  Bring your partner and come to church."

At the end comes a "ruler" with following characteristics.

Daniel 11 ...  36 And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished:for that that is determined shall be done. 37 Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god:for he shall magnify himself above all. 38 But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces:and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold, and silver, and with precious stones, and pleasant things. 39 Thus shall he do in the most strong holds with a strange god, whom he shall acknowledge and increase with glory: and he shall cause them to rule over many, and shall divide the land for gain.

No one will be able to control this man for he respects the opinion of no one therefore he is unrestrained from that which seems good to him in his own, that which he wants to do.

While we often think governments of men, this could be rulers in the church groups doing what they want to do, saying what they want to say, unrestrained by the Holy Scriptures, either ignoring scriptures or explaining them away.

The apostle Paul tells us what we should do in this situation when we see it:

II Tim. 3 ... This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

...But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing OF WHOM thou hast learned them; (Knowing God taught you these truths by HIS Spirit.)

And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

Cling to that which God has taught you by HIS Spirit.  Depart from those groups calling themselves by the name of the Lord while denying THE WORD, WHO is THE LORD.

You cannot remain with the antichrist people in the churches when you see them cast aside scripture and speak "another gospel" which is opposite to way of God set forth in Bible.
