πŸ’₯ To everything there is a season.

In 1960, I moved to Dallas, Texas.  It was so exciting to me.  But by 1984, Dallas had gone dead to me.  I moved to another state where my mother lived to assist her.  My Dad had just died and I knew my mother would need help at the age of 70+.

It didn't matter to me to have to move, for by this time, 1984, Dallas had gone dead to me.

In 2002, my mother died. I moved to Lubbock, Texas. I was excited over a new place and over getting to return to Texas.  By 2018, Lubbock had gone dead to me.

In 2019, God moved me to Colorado. It was "life" to me

Eccl. 3:1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

In mid-June, 2023, the husband of one of our church group had two small strokes. They were living on the west side of Virginia. Her adult aged children both lived on the east side of Virginia, about 180 miles from them.

As soon as I heard of the stroke, I knew they needed to move, as soon as possible, to the place the adult children lived.

They had a big house, 15 miles out of the city. I knew this would end up being a problem.

Life basically ended for them at this location. I could see the pleasures they had known there would now be trouble. Life at that location was over for them.

To everything there is a season.

Life at a location can become death.

Within 2 weeks of the stroke, God brought about another plan for them and it was truly "life" for everyone.

This church member told me they were selling their house and moving to her adult aged son's condo.

Both her son and daughter live in the same area of Virginia. Both want their parents to move there. The daughter also can help her mother if Edward needs help.

The son arranged for them to move into the master bedroom at his condo. The master bath is already equipped with handicapped equipment!

The son and daughter bought furniture for the master bedroom and prepared it for their parents!

I knew this plan was of God! Here is a letter I wrote to the mother, who is one of our church group.

***

Where you live now is death to both you and Edward.

Where you are moving is LIFE for everyone .... FOR EDWARD, YOU, AMY, DREW, for Steve, for granddaughter ...

EVERYONE BENEFITS!

God worked this out just as HE worked it out for me to move to Colorado and to live with Pam

LIFE!

It gets your mind going forward ... a new life ... something to enjoy!

John 10:10  Jesus says:

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

(This will be a better life, a more abundant life, for everyone in their family!)

I also sent her this story, because devils will bring thoughts to try to discourage you from going in the way of God. But we must remember that the devil is a liar and the thoughts he sends to our mind are lies sent to steal, kill, and destroy us.

John 8:44  Jesus says:  He (devil) was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Letter to church member from Joan Boney:

Before I moved here to Colorado, thoughts came to Pam, "What if Joan doesn't like the dogs?"

(That thought was from devil.)

2020 when we went to look for new car, at each car dealer, my first question was, "Is there enough room in back of this car for the dogs to be comfortable?"
