💥 Devils steal, kill, destroy and cause people to act in totally unreasonable ways. This can happen in church people.

 

As a new Christian, God cast out of me 3 devils.  I was already born again when this happened.  

Some church groups are taught that devils cannot live in the same body as the Holy Spirit.

Here is what happened which God allowed me to witness although this happened in a dream while I was sleeping in the night.   (approximately 1976)

A devil was skipping through my chest cavity and ran into the Holy Spirit in me.  That devil tried to dart back and hide from the Holy Spirit.  It was "a double minded spirit".

The Holy Spirit in me said:  "I see you ... you must leave her ... you must go ... you must go ... you must go ..."  I felt like I was choking.  I began coughing.  I felt something tear out of my body through my throat.

There were 3 devils in me which were cast out by the Holy Spirit while I was sleeping:  Double minded spirit, lying spirit, and the 3rd was cast out but was not identified by name to me.  (Joan Boney)  This was in approximately 1976.  

I had been born again in 1975.

Bible examples of effect of devils that are in humans and animals.

Matthew 8

29 And when HE (Jesus) was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way.  (These devils in those 2 men attacked indiscriminately.  Some devils are more subtle.  All devils fight God and attack your belief in God and your faith in scripture.  They know Jesus.  They recognized Jesus speaking to them.)

29 And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?

30 And there was a good way off from them an herd of many swine feeding.

31 So the devils besought HIM, saying, If thou cast us out, suffer us to go away into the herd of swine.

32 And HE said unto them, Go. 

And when they were come out, they went into the herd of swine: and, behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and perished in the waters.

Devils cause people and animals to do crazy, destructive acts and they cause people to say things they would not normally say when in "their right mind."

James 4

7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

8 Draw nigh to God, and HE will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

Don't speak directly to devils unless you are born again.

Acts 19

1 And it came to pass, that, while Apollos was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to Ephesus: and finding certain disciples,

2 He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost.

3 And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John's baptism.

4 Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on HIM which should come after HIM, that is, on Christ Jesus.

5 When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.

6 And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.

7 And all the men were about twelve.

8 And he went into the synagogue, and spake boldly for the space of three months, disputing and persuading the things concerning the kingdom of God.

9 But when divers were hardened, and believed not, but spake evil of that way before the multitude, he departed from them, and separated the disciples, disputing daily in the school of one Tyrannus.

10 And this continued by the space of two years; so that all they which dwelt in Asia heard the word of the Lord Jesus, both Jews and Greeks.

11 And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul:

12 So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them.

13 Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth.

14 And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so.

15 And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?

16 And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.

Devils cause people to act in completely irrational ways, saying things through humans that person would never say in his right mind.

There was a church person that did this with me from time to time through many years.  At first, I did not recognize it was a devil in her that was fighting against me and even against the Bible.  It was crazy.  But I did not recognize devil until God showed me I would have done this same thing before devils were cast out of me by the Holy Spirit!

I Cor. 6

9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

11 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

Devils are twisted, irrational, crazy.  They especially fight against God and Bible.  What they say through church people are completely opposite from scripture.  You certainly cannot reason with devils!  All you can do is cast devils out of people.

Devils are spirits.  I think you can command those devils to go from that person and don't come back, even when you are not in the same area where that person lives, since they are spirits that you speak to.

I have commanded devils to go from a person even when I'm not in the same country as the person.  I have said, "Devils ... I command you in the name of Jesus to leave her and don't come back to her."  (I use the person's name when I do this.)

Recently when I was having trouble with a church woman, God showed me the devil was trying to persuade her in an opposite way from the Bible.

I wrote her this e-mail:  "God showed me this about you:  Devils are trying to get you to believe things opposite to scripture.  You're going to have to fight them and cling to scripture."

She responded to me by email saying:  "Thank you."

I've found devils doing this to me and I have to hold onto scripture and fight with scripture.

Luke 4:  When the devil tempted Jesus, HE had to fight back with scripture which is truth ... and we read:  v. 18  And when the devil had ended all the temptation, he departed from HIM for a season.

Only for a season did devil depart from Jesus.  He will come back to you trying again to persuade you in ways opposite to scripture so be prepared to fight when that happens. Devil usually brings thoughts to your mind which are opposite to Bible.  (Devil usually attacks from without your body, bringing thoughts to your mind.  Sometimes devil will actually move into your body if you allow that.)

A warning: If devils have been cast out of you and you allow devils back in, your condition will be worse than it was before.

I Peter 5

6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that HE may exalt you in due time:

7 Casting all your care upon HIM; for HE careth for you.

8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.

10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.

I've found devils often attack us when we are overly tired.

And as long as we live on this earth devils will attack our minds when possible.

We must take every thought captive to bring that thought into obedience of Christ, the Word.

2 Corinthians 10

3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:

4

4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

6 And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

After God takes us off the earth we have the total victory if we continue to overcome through what God says to us and deal through prayer and in belief in scripture those thoughts sent by devils and hold fast to faith in God and Christ, the Word.

(The church woman I dealt with this week brought a doctrine of salvation through works and human goodness, and showed herself to forget the following scripture while praising a physical therapist.

I Timothy 4:8  Paul says:  For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.

I've had several physical therapists in various hospitals in both Texas and Colorado since 2012.

I never put my hope in medical people.  My hope always centered on God.

The last therapist I had which was in Colorado Spirings told me this:  She said, "I used to think I was a pretty good therapist but I've come to see that you can get well without me at all."

(I know that is true.)  But I told her the following: "Therapists can help an injured person to know how to use a cane or walker and techniques in dealing with various obstacles, such as stairs."

But I've always found I get better by just waiting on God and doing nothing.

When I broke hip first time, in 2012, therapists at rehab hospital in Texas said to me as I was dismissed:  "The greatest problem we have with people is when they go home they do more exercise than they should do and often because of this they end up back in hospital."

Then he looked at me and said, "I don't have to warn you about this, do I?"

We both laughed!

(I always liked all my therapists but I didn't cast away what Paul said about bodily exercise profiting little, for that is Bible.)

God either heals me or HE doesn't.  

I didn't know what God would do the last time, 2018, when I fell and broke hip and left wrist.  I just waited to see.  

God moved me to live in Colorado with another believer who does the technical work for books, podcast, blog ... and I started writing again after I was released from hospital in 2019!

And I pray that I will be able to write and record as long as God leaves me on this present earth, exhorting the church as I am called to do.

Hebrews 3:12-14  Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.

13 But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.

14 For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;

Hebrews 10:25 ... but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

In the early 1980's, Vinita Copeland, Kenneth Copeland's mother, was a good friend of mine.

Vinita came to me one day at a Bible class she was teaching and said to me:  "I don't care where we are or who is there, if you see a devil in me, cast that devil out of me."

I will certainly do that now to anyone when God shows me a devil is in that person speaking through that person and speaking against the way of God presented in the Holy Bible.
