(Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet of Jesus Christ)
II Corinthians 5
9 Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of Him (of Jesus, The Word).
10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
11 Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men;
We will be judged by the following:
Jesus says:
John 12:48 He that rejecteth ME (The Word), and receiveth not MY words, hath ONE that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.
We will be judged by the following:
Jesus says:
John 12:48 He that rejecteth ME (The Word), and receiveth not MY words, hath ONE that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.
Jesus, the Word, speaks to us by the Holy Bible ... and Jesus, the Word, speaks to us today by the Holy Spirit who brings to our mind that which is the will of God for us.
Jesus, the Word, can speak to us by an angel of God.
All things spoken to us by JESUS are the Word that judges us at the judgment seat of Christ.
We will be judged by that Word and by the way we acted upon that Word whether for or against.
The important thing for each one of us to do is to be certain we agree with the Word rather than continuing in our own way of thinking.
Therefore the apostle Paul says:
Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Renew our minds to Bible:
For example:
Do we believe and agree with that which the Bible says concerning divorce and remarriage:
- I Corinthians 7:10-11
- Romans 7:1-3
- Matthew 5:32
- Matthew 19:9
- Mark 10:6-12
Concerning homosexuals and lesbians...
- Romans 1:26-27
Each of these scriptures agree with themselves. But we have to be sure we are not explaining away any of these scriptures. For at the judgment seat of Christ we will be judged by that which these scriptures say and if we are not in agreement with these scriptures we will suffer loss at the judgment seat of Christ. Let us get ourselves into agreement with the scriptures.
At the judgment seat of Christ:
II Corinthians 5:9-10 Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of HIM (The Word). For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
In every subject, we need to conform ourselves to the Word of God, getting our thinking into agreement with that Word.

Concerning voting for those in governments of men of this present world, please consider the following:
If we as a Christian vote for a man, we are putting our approval on that man, and if that man does evil, we become partaker of his evil deeds and will lose reward in heaven.
II John
8 Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward.
9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.
10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
11 For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.
Can you really trust that politician that he is going to follow the doctrines of Christ in his life? For if you do vote for that person, you are approving him and are bidding him "God speed".
We must not follow this world just because they tell us to do something.
The Bible does not require us to vote and to approve another human.
But the Bible does tell us to pray for those in authority: I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; (I Tim. 2:1-3)
As Christians, we must consider that which we are about to do.
We live in this world, but this world is not our kingdom. We are as strangers and pilgrims here, just passing through. And we know this current heaven and earth will be destroyed by God after the great tribulation that is coming from God. (II Peter 3:10-14) And we will be removed from this earth and will be taken into the new heaven and the new earth wherein dwelleth righteousness. That is to be our home and we are just waiting for that to happen. (Revelation 21:1-5)
We see this world entirely differently from the way the people of this world view this world.
Think of what you are about to do and seek the will of God before you do anything.
