6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Only by praying about everything daily, can we live in peace and connect with God.
It is good to think about Philippians 4:6 when we awaken each morning and if we have any concern at all, pray before we even get out of bed.
And in the evening it is good to examine our day by Philippians 4:6 to see that we have done this throughout that day.
