Psalm 19:1 ... The heavens declare the glory of God;
because they do what God tells them to do ... the sun, the moon, the stars ... hail, wind, snow, ice ... performing HIS instruction to each of them.
When we do what God tells us to do we, also, declare the glory of God by our word and works.
And each of the elements of the heaven perform God's instruction, staying in the exact place assigned by God! By this they give glory to God. They do not move about at their own will to attract attention to themselves. For then they would be seeking their own glory as if they created themselves.
By them we know the creator.
And when we do what God tells us to we declare the creator and give glory to the creator by doing our assignment as ordained to us by God on this present earth.
