Who is our God?
Our God is the creator of heaven and earth, the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, David, Peter, Paul ... and the Father of Jesus Christ our Lord.
And how do we identify Jesus Christ?
Paul identified Jesus as follows:
Romans 1 ... 3 Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our
Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh; 4And
declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of
holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:
Which other "minister" died and was raised from the dead and appeared in fleshly form to those on earth as HE continued to preach the Word to them even after death ... and then was taken into heaven and continues to this day to preach the Word to us by HIS Spirit ...
That is a witness of power!
Jesus is the only one who has died in the flesh and after death continued to speak.
And Jesus was declared by God to be the Son of God "with power" as Jesus healed the sick, raised the dead, opened the eyes of the blind, made the lame walk, preached the gospel to the souls that they might be saved.
When a man dies, it is usually over. But not with Jesus. HE was raised from the dead and continues to speak. There is no end of the voice of Jesus.
By these things we identify God and Jesus.
