Podcast: After we are born again, God establishes us as an holy people to HIMSELF

 

 

 

After God reveals HIMSELF to us, we are born again and changed into a new creation.  God gives us another spirit to live in us.  We now have the Holy Spirit who leads us in the way of God as we live on this earth. 

Usually we then want to read the Bible.  We want to be with other people of God.  We want to learn things of God.  We want to talk about God. We are very different than we were before God revealed HIMSELF to us

II Corinthians 5:17  Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Ephesians 1:12-13  That we should be to the praise of HIS glory, who first trusted in Christ.   In WHOM ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in WHOM also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of HIS glory.

Deuteronomy 28:9-10  The LORD shall establish thee an holy people unto HIMSELF, as HE hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, and walk in His ways.

10 And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the LORD; and they shall be afraid of thee.

I John 4

4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is HE that is in you, than he that is in the world.

5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.

6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. 

Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.
