2 HE maketh me to lie down in green pastures: HE leadeth me beside the still waters.

The good shepherd watches over the sheep and when he sees the land is drying out, he moves the sheep to other pasture before there is a need.
I've often found it to be this way when I am following God. There is "no need" for the Spirit of God moves me to take action before there is a need.
And HE always restores my soul when I am attacked by an enemy. I cry out to God in my trouble and HE always stabilizes me and establishes me again in that which HE wants me to do.
