Wisdom of God
Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet
There is a supernatural wisdom granted man and animals that is from God. It is not learned nor taught by another. It is put into that person (or animal) by God. It is a marvel of God.
Some stray cats live in my courtyard. I feed them and give them water and have placed a dog house with blankets for them to use when it is cold weather.
One of Calley's kittens became old enough to have her own kittens. I felt it was amazing that this kitten could know how to have her kittens... and could know how to keep them in a safe place and feed them. No one taught her. It was simply put in her by God as to what to do to care for her own kittens.
In Job 39, we read about the ostrich. In this case, God has withheld wisdom from her.
13 Gavest thou the goodly wings unto the peacocks?
or wings and feathers unto the ostrich?
14 Which leaveth her eggs in the earth,
and warmeth them in dust,
15 And forgetteth that the foot may crush them,
or that the wild beast may break them.
16 She is hardened against her young ones, as though they were not hers:
her labour is in vain without fear;
17 Because God hath deprived her of wisdom,
neither hath HE imparted to her understanding.
18 What time she lifteth up herself on high,
she scorneth the horse and his rider.
By examples of the animals, we see God giving that animal wisdom to deal with his life on this earth and we also see God withholding wisdom and understanding.
After I was born again, I understood wisdom was of God and not of myself. Most people think wisdom is of themselves and they are puffed up in their wisdom but God taught me to ask HIM for wisdom and to understand that the wisdom I have to deal on this earth is from God.
Psalm 111:10 ... The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom:
a good understanding have all they that do HIS commandments:HIS praise endureth for ever.
And we consider the New Covenant that God would make with HIS people where we are born again of the Spirit of God, not of ourselves or anything we learned or did but simply because it was God's mercy to us to save us. (Romans 9)
Heb. 8 ... 10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts:and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord:for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest. 12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.
God simply puts HIS laws into the hearts of those persons HE chooses and then gives that person wisdom and understanding to live in HIS way on this earth.
The animals are examples for us. For we see them do things which couldn't be learned by them. God just put wisdom inside them. And God does the same for us, HIS children. Sometimes we just know to stay still and endure and other times we just know to make that change. As we look back on such times, we also know that wisdom came from God and not of ourselves and we marvel at God's wisdom and mercy toward us, HIS children.
I Cor. 1:5 ... That in every thing ye are enriched by HIM, in all utterance, and in all knowledge;
You look something up on Internet and it may or may not be true. And even if it is true, you might not understand what it is saying.
But when we understand, it is God who enables us to understand. Glory is then to God and not to ourselves as the world does.
Truth and understanding are from God to us. God puts wisdom and understanding into our minds by HIS will.
We will be reading Bible and though we have read that same verse many times, all of a sudden a light goes on in our head and we "see", we understand ... That understanding is given us by God that we might know HIM.
Glory in that which HE gives us, in that which HE shows us ... for that gives glory to God.
