Recently, the thought came to my mind, "Is there any place in the Bible where we are told there will be a rise in homosexuals and lesbians in the last days?"
Immediately I was reminded of this scripture:
2 Timothy 3
1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 Without natural affections, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
(Paul says to just walk away from them. Share the scriptures of Romans 1:26-28 given the opportunity, but avoid debating, just separate yourself from homosexuals and lesbians when possible, knowing what God says in Bible.)
Concerning being without natural affections:
Romans 1:26-28
26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

Once my cleaning lady asked me, "But what about those homosexuals who say they were just born that way?"
I turned to God with this question and was reminded of the following:
Jesus said:
Mark 10:6 But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.
They were born male or female but God turned them over when they failed to acknowledge HIS truth.
Romans 1
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
20 For the invisible things of HIM from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even HIS eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified HIM not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:

From what the Bible says, we certainly should expect to see a rise in homosexuals and lesbians in the last days.
And we can see from the Bible God's thinking on this subject.
Deuteronomy 23:17 There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel.
There is no place in either the Old or New Testament where God approves homosexuals or lesbians.
Sodom is given to us as one example of God's dealing with this issue.
Genesis 19 (God sends 2 angels to destroy Sodom)
1 And there came two angels to Sodom at even; and Lot sat in the gate of Sodom: and Lot seeing them rose up to meet them; and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground;
(Angels have the form of natural men.)
2 And he (Lot) said, Behold now, my lords, turn in, I pray you, into your servant's house, and tarry all night, and wash your feet, and ye shall rise up early, and go on your ways. And they said, Nay; but we will abide in the street all night.
3 And he pressed upon them greatly; and they turned in unto him, and entered into his house; and he made them a feast, and did bake unleavened bread, and they did eat.
4 But before they lay down, the men of the city, even the men of Sodom, compassed the house round, both old and young, all the people from every quarter:
(Homosexuals came from every quarter of the city of Sodom with the intention of having sex with the 2 men who came to Lot's house.)
5 And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, Where are the men which came in to thee this night? bring them out unto us, that we may know them.
("know them": have sex with them)
6 And Lot went out at the door unto them, and shut the door after him,
7 And said, I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly.
8 Behold now, I have two daughters which have not known man; let me, I pray you, bring them out unto you, and do ye to them as is good in your eyes: only unto these men do nothing; for therefore came they under the shadow of my roof.
9 And they said, Stand back. And they said again, This one fellow came in to sojourn, and he will needs be a judge: now will we deal worse with thee, than with them. And they pressed sore upon the man, even Lot, and came near to break the door.
10 But the men (who were angels) put forth their hand, and pulled Lot into the house to them, and shut to the door. 11 And they smote the men that were at the door of the house with blindness, both small and great: so that they wearied themselves to find the door.
12 And the men (the angels) said unto Lot, Hast thou here any besides? son in law, and thy sons, and thy daughters, and whatsoever thou hast in the city, bring them out of this place:
13 For we will destroy this place, because the cry of them is waxen great before the face of the LORD; and the LORD hath sent us to destroy it.
14 And Lot went out, and spake unto his sons in law, which married his daughters, and said, Up, get you out of this place; for the LORD will destroy this city. But he seemed as one that mocked unto his sons in law.
15 And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take thy wife, and thy two daughters, which are here; lest thou be consumed in the iniquity of the city.
16 And while he lingered, the men (angels) laid hold upon his hand, and upon the hand of his wife, and upon the hand of his two daughters; the LORD being merciful unto him: and they brought him forth, and set him without the city.
17 And it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that he said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed.
18 And Lot said unto them, Oh, not so, my Lord: 19 Behold now, thy servant hath found grace in thy sight, and thou hast magnified thy mercy, which thou hast shewed unto me in saving my life; and I cannot escape to the mountain, lest some evil take me, and I die:
20 Behold now, this city is near to flee unto, and it is a little one: Oh, let me escape thither, (is it not a little one?) and my soul shall live.
21 And he (the angel) said unto him, See, I have accepted thee concerning this thing also, that I will not overthrow this city, for the which thou hast spoken. 22 Haste thee, escape thither; for I cannot do any thing till thou be come thither. Therefore the name of the city was called Zoar.
23 The sun was risen upon the earth when Lot entered into Zoar.
24 Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven;
25 And HE overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground.
26 But his wife (Lot's wife) looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt.
27 And Abraham gat up early in the morning to the place where he stood before the LORD:
28 And he looked toward Sodom and Gomorrah, and toward all the land of the plain, and beheld, and, lo, the smoke of the country went up as the smoke of a furnace.
29 And it came to pass, when God destroyed the cities of the plain, that God remembered Abraham, and sent Lot out of the midst of the overthrow, when HE overthrew the cities in the which Lot dwelt.
2 Peter 2
4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;
5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;
6 And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;
7 And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked:
8 (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;)
(Lot knew the deeds of the men of the city of Sodom were "wicked", see Genesis 19:7 )
9 The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:

Genesis 13
12 Abram dwelled in the land of Canaan, and Lot dwelled in the cities of the plain, and pitched his tent toward Sodom.
13 But the men of Sodom were wicked and sinners before the LORD exceedingly.

Before God destroys this present heaven and earth, we should see a rise in homosexuals and lesbians in the nations of this earth and in approval shown them by the nations of this earth.
Even some churches today approve unrepentant homosexuals and lesbians.
As Christians, we live in peace, knowing what we can expect to see in the last days before the return of Jesus is foretold by God in the Bible.
Sin will increase but we flee from sin.
The perilous times of 2 Timothy 3, as stated in the Bible, will be in full bloom at the end of this present heaven and earth before destroys this heaven and earth.

Can a homosexual or lesbian be saved?
Of course, if he or she sees the Word of God (Rom. 1:26-28) concerning the matter and realizes it is a sin in the sight of God, and repents, no longer doing those acts, he (she) can be saved. Just as an adulterer or fornicator or drunkard can be saved.
Jesus said to the woman caught in adultery, "Go, and sin no more." (John 8:11)
But no sinner can continue to live in their sin once they see the truth of the Word of God, the Holy Scriptures concerning the sin.
In the meantime, we who know Bible, do not wish sinners well in their sin without repentance.
2 John
8 Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward.
9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.
10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
11 For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.
A Jewish man and his wife lived in a house directly behind my house when I lived in Lubbock, Texas.
One day he came to see me and asked me if I would rent my guest room to him for the week-end. He said he and his wife were celebrating a wedding anniversary and they had several out of town guests coming and they didn't have enough room to house them.
I replied, "No I won't rent the room but you can certainly use the room."
He said his wife's daughter and her friend needed a place to stay and he would like to put them in my house.
? Friend ? ... Immediately I was warned by God. "What is this 'friend' ?" I asked.
He replied, "My wife's daughter is a lesbian and her lover is with her."
"OH, NO!" I said. I can't have that in my house.
James 4:4 ... know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
He replied, "I don't approve either, but it is my wife's daughter."
I didn't see this man or his wife again for several months.
One day I saw the wife in the alley as I was taking out my garbage. I asked her about her husband and she said he died. I was shocked.
Then she said, "I want to speak to you." I told her anytime. She said, "I will come over to your house tonight."
I opened my back gate and turned on my back porch light and waited that night for her to come to my house. 8 O-clock ... 9 O-clock ... 10- O clock ... Finally I closed my gate and turned off the light.
Then I realized she wasn't coming over for a friendly chat. It was an attack and I believe God stopped it and spared me.
(I never saw this woman again.)
Live in peace but don't approve sin, and walk away from sinners and don't keep company with such once you have identified them.
2 Corinthians 6
14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be MY people.
17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be MY sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

My cousin called me once and told me something very embarrassing had happened to her.
She went to a barbeque at her neighbor's house. She dressed in jeans and a casual outdoor type blouse.
When she arrived at the house, they were having a wedding between 2 homosexuals. She said she was so embarrassed.
I replied, "I wouldn't have been embarrassed. I would have fled!"

I live in Colorado in the home of a member of the body of Christ. One of her neighbors came to visit from time to time. One day this neighbor asked me: "Do you support gays and lesbians?"
I was so shocked and replied, "I don't think so ... and I sent her written copies of the scripture on this subject from the Bible.

After that, I didn't hear from her. She made no attempt to come to our house nor to be around us.
I do not hate this woman. I hope she will at some point turn and be saved. But I would not attend a barbeque at her house. She declares herself to be Catholic. I've met others who attend churches but live as homosexuals and lesbians. I would not invite them to my house. (2 John vv. 8-11)
