The apostle Paul says to Timothy:
II Timothy 4
1 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at HIS appearing and HIS kingdom;
2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

Some ministers today are appointed to be ministers by Jesus from heaven.
Ephesians 4
11 And HE gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into HIM in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

Other ministers in churches today are "ministers of Satan" telling the people what they want to hear which allows them to continue in their sins in the churches.
12 But what I do, that I will do, that I may cut off occasion from them which desire occasion; that wherein they glory, they may be found even as we.
13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

Jesus warned about the last days:
5 For many shall come in MY name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
(They come saying "Jesus is Lord", but they do not have the Spirit in them. They put themselves into the ministry by their own will, by going to Bible college.)

Paul was very concerned about the false ministers of his day:
Galatians 1
7 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.
8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
(They had no NT Bibles at the time Paul said this to the Galatians, but Paul had taught them the true way of God. Now someone has come into the church and has taught them another gospel, another Jesus, another spirit.)
9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
10 For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
11 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.
12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.

(Those epistles Paul wrote under the inspiration of God were to be the NT Bible as we know it today. And all scriptures in the NT Bible were given to the men of God for the Bible, to Peter, John, James, Jude.)
Portion of scriptures were removed by the evil men of the churches and denominations were set forth by those who broke away from the early church where the apostles spoke the rules of God and the doctrines of Christ. By this falling away from doctrines of Christ antichrist moved into those church groups just as the apostle Paul knew would happen and this we see today.

1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

(They love their church buildings and the stained glass and the singing and the big choirs and the carved wood at the pulpits ... but they do not have a love of the Word of God, the Holy Scriptures.)

7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

Even among the elders at the church at Ephesus, Paul knew men would rise up to speak perverse doctrines to draw away disciples after themselves, antichrist in the church, setting up denominations.
29 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.
30 Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.
