God will not remember our sins nor our iniquities

Joan Boney ... apostle/prophet

Heb. 8 ... God says ...

For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

Jesus paid for our sins and took away our sins and God refuses to remember our sins.

God simply turned us into "new" people ... born again ... people having a new spirit in us, HIS Spirit.

So we are now different.  We no longer want to do wrong for now we are of HIS Spirit.

It all fits together.

And God changed our thinking ... by putting HIS laws into our hearts and our minds ... Heb. 8 & Heb. 10

God did it all.

We rest in what God did.

The flesh is still there in us and tries to rise up and take over and get its way, but even for our flesh God had an answer.

We are now crucified with Christ ...

We are buried with Christ in baptism, symbolic of being dead with Christ, that the flesh would no longer reign in us but now the Spirit of Christ would reign.  And even if our flesh temporarily surfaces, God is greater than our flesh and grace overcomes.

And none of us want to sin when we belong to God.

That is a very big difference between the spirit that is in us now and the spirit that reigned over us before we were born again.

We come into a rest in God that this world cannot know.
