Psalm 128:1 Blessed is every one that feareth the Lord; that walketh in HIS ways. 2 For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.
(JB ... If we fear the LORD, we do what the Word says. For we know things will not go well with us unless we do the Word.)
For example: Ephesians 4:26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: (If we store anger in our hearts, the "serpent" devil will rise up and bite at some point. So we forgive and ask God to cleanse our heart and give us a right Spirit, when we are angry. Psalm 51:10 ... and we do that "before the sun goes down.")
4 Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.
5 For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.
Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind (to the Word of God), that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Psalm 103:1 Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless HIS holy name.
2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all HIS benefits:
James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
God has given us HIS own Holy Spirit:
John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in MY name, HE shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
John 16:13 Howbeit when HE, the Spirit of truth, is come, HE will guide you into all truth: for HE shall not speak of Himself; but whatsoever HE shall hear, that shall HE speak: and HE will shew you things to come.

(And God gives us the following benefits.)
8 The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.
9 HE will not always chide: neither will HE keep HIS anger for ever.
10 HE hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
11 For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is HIS mercy toward them that fear HIM.
