There are times when I will be praying about something and the devil will bring a thought to me that what I am talking to God about is not important, too small a thing to pray about.
This happened not long ago when this accusation came to me as I was talking to God, fearful and weighed down, about the possibility of having to have my dog euthanized because of his health and age.
But I was immediately reminded of the scripture below and was helped by this truth from God to counter the lie from the devil…
Philippians 4:6 Be careful for NOTHING but in EVERY THING by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
This reminds me of what a loving and caring heavenly Father we have. One who watches over us so closely, wanting us to come to HIM with every concern we face on this earth. And always being assured that HE knows what will be best for us … ALWAYS!
1 Peter 5:7 Casting ALL your care upon HIM; for HE careth for you.
