πŸ’₯ Concerning earthquake in Turkey and Syria:

Earthquakes are from God.

Matthew 24:7-8  (Jesus says)  For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences (coronavirus), and earthquakes, in divers places.

8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

In the Bible, the churches took up offerings for the "needy" in the Church.

Do we have any example in the New Testament where the church took up an offering for people in the world?

I believe the world helps the world.  And the church helps the church.

(The apostate churches act like the world as they help the world.  They were quick to send aid to the earthquake zone while never considering what God might want them to do or even realizing it was God who sent the earthquake to that location.)

Acts 11

27 And in these days came prophets from Jerusalem unto Antioch.

28 And there stood up one of them named Agabus, and signified by the Spirit that there should be great dearth throughout all the world: which came to pass in the days of Claudius Caesar.

29 Then the disciples, every man according to his ability, determined to send relief unto the brethren which dwelt in Judaea:

30 Which also they did, and sent it to the elders by the hands of Barnabas and Saul.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

In the plagues of the great tribulation:

The plagues were from God

Revelation 9:20-21

20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:

21 Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.

(According to Internet, Turkey and Syria are primarily Muslims.)

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Churches of the apostasy are often steeped in their own ideas of "good works".

Matthew 7  (Jesus said)

21 Not every one that saith unto ME, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of MY Father which is in heaven.

22 Many will say to ME in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in THY name? and in THY name have cast out devils? and in THY name done many wonderful works?

23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from ME, ye that work iniquity.

Unless God authors the work, it is not a good work.  It is a work of iniquity.

We should think about that which we do.  "Is this the will of God?"

If God sent the earthquake what then do we do?

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Several years ago, a young man contacted me, identifying himself as a pastor of a church in the Philippines.

He had lived on church property since he was 18, supported by that church.

He read one of my writings and shared that writing with his church group.  They acted very strongly against what I wrote and demanded that he and his wife and young son vacate the church property within a week.

He contacted me and told me what happened and I told him to leave that church and to do as Paul did and get a secular job and support his wife and child.

I heard nothing from him for approximately 2 years.  I took his silence to mean that he stayed with that apostate church group and rejected the teaching which I had done which he believed to be of God.

Then an earthquake struck, destroying that church property and the house he was living in.

He wrote to me asking me to send him money.  I did not answer his email.

He made his choice two years earlier when he discarded a message which he himself believed to be from God in order to stay at that church and live on the church property that is now destroyed by an earthquake.

Had he left that church and gotten a secular job to support his family, he might not have been in the path where the earthquake struck.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Old testament example:  The king wanted the prophet to come curse the people of God.

God told the prophet not to do that for they were chosen by HIM.

But the prophet wanted the reward the king was going to give him.  So the prophet kept trying to find ways to get God's approval to do what the king wanted him to do so he could get the reward from the king.

Numbers 22

5 He (the king) sent messengers therefore unto Balaam the son of Beor to Pethor, which is by the river of the land of the children of his people, to call him, saying, Behold, there is a people come out from Egypt: behold, they cover the face of the earth, and they abide over against me:

6 Come now therefore, I pray thee, curse me this people; for they are too mighty for me: peradventure I shall prevail, that we may smite them, and that I may drive them out of the land: for I wot that he whom thou blessest is blessed, and he whom thou cursest is cursed.

(But these were the people of God the king wanted the prophet to curse!)

7 And the elders of Moab and the elders of Midian departed with the rewards of divination in their hand; and they came unto Balaam (the prophet), and spake unto him the words of Balak (the king).

9 And God came unto Balaam, and said, What men are these with thee?

(What are you doing with these men?)

10 And Balaam said unto God, Balak the son of Zippor, king of Moab, hath sent unto me, saying,

11 Behold, there is a people come out of Egypt, which covereth the face of the earth: come now, curse me them; peradventure I shall be able to overcome them, and drive them out.

12 And God said unto Balaam, Thou shalt not go with them; thou shalt not curse the people: for they are blessed.

But Balaam wanted the reward the king of Moab would give him if only he cursed the people.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

So this church group would let that pastor in the Philippines live on church property and they would support him financially if he cursed the message I sent to him.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Balaam kept trying to find a way to curse the people and still please God in order to get the reward of the king.

The angel of God stood against Balaam, the prophet.  The donkey would not allow the prophet to go forward on the road to the king because the donkey saw the angel of God in the path with his sword drawn against Balaam.

Numbers 22

22 And God's anger was kindled because he (Balaam the prophet)  went: and the angel of the LORD stood in the way for an adversary against him (against Balaam). Now he was riding upon his ass, and his two servants were with him.

23 And the ass saw the angel of the LORD standing in the way, and his sword drawn in his hand: and the ass turned aside out of the way, and went into the field: and Balaam smote the ass, to turn her into the way.

24 But the angel of the LORD stood in a path of the vineyards, a wall being on this side, and a wall on that side.

25 And when the ass saw the angel of the LORD, she thrust herself unto the wall, and crushed Balaam's foot against the wall: and he smote her again.

26 And the angel of the LORD went further, and stood in a narrow place, where was no way to turn either to the right hand or to the left.

27And when the ass saw the angel of the LORD, she fell down under Balaam: and Balaam's anger was kindled, and he smote the ass with a staff.

28 And the LORD opened the mouth of the ass, and she said unto Balaam, What have I done unto thee, that thou hast smitten me these three times?

29 And Balaam said unto the ass, Because thou hast mocked me: I would there were a sword in mine hand, for now would I kill thee.

30 And the ass said unto Balaam, Am not I thine ass, upon which thou hast ridden ever since I was thine unto this day? was I ever wont to do so unto thee? And he said, Nay.

31 Then the LORD opened the eyes of Balaam, and he saw the angel of the LORD standing in the way, and his sword drawn in his hand: and he bowed down his head, and fell flat on his face.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

The end of the prophet.

Numbers 24

1 And when Balaam saw that it pleased the LORD to bless Israel, he went not, as at other times, to seek for enchantments, but he set his face toward the wilderness.

2 And Balaam lifted up his eyes, and he saw Israel abiding in his tents according to their tribes; and the spirit of God came upon him.

3 And he took up his parable, and said, Balaam the son of Beor hath said, and the man whose eyes are open hath said:

4 He hath said, which heard the words of God, which saw the vision of the Almighty, falling into a trance, but having his eyes open:

5 How goodly are thy tents, O Jacob, and thy tabernacles, O Israel!

6 As the valleys are they spread forth, as gardens by the river's side, as the trees of lign aloes which the LORD hath planted, and as cedar trees beside the waters.

7 He shall pour the water out of his buckets, and his seed shall be in many waters, and his king shall be higher than Agag, and his kingdom shall be exalted.

8 God brought him forth out of Egypt; he hath as it were the strength of an unicorn: he shall eat up the nations his enemies, and shall break their bones, and pierce them through with his arrows.

9 He couched, he lay down as a lion, and as a great lion: who shall stir him up? Blessed is he that blesseth thee, and cursed is he that curseth thee.

10 And Balak's anger was kindled against Balaam, and he smote his hands together: and Balak said unto Balaam, I called thee to curse mine enemies, and, behold, thou hast altogether blessed them these three times.

11 Therefore now flee thou to thy place: I thought to promote thee unto great honour; but, lo, the LORD hath kept thee back from honour.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Balaam hangs out with the enemies of God.

God sent Israel to fight against the Midianites:

Numbers 31

7 And they warred against the Midianites, as the LORD commanded Moses; and they slew all the males.

8 And they slew the kings of Midian, beside the rest of them that were slain; namely, Evi, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, five kings of Midian: Balaam also the son of Beor they slew with the sword.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

If we put ourselves in an apostate church where scriptures have been cast aside and Jesus returns for the righteous, beware lest you be found with the apostate church and be destroyed in the judgment of God.

The second coming of Jesus:

2 Thessalonians 2:8-12

8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of HIS mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of HIS coming:

9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

The plagues of the great tribulation which God sends upon this earth at the end of this world will be very difficult, worse than any thing that has happened before in history.

But I am reminded of this:

I Corinthians 10:13  There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

And as the angels of God watched the plagues which God loosed on this earth the angels praised God for sending those plagues.

Revelation 5:9  And they sung a new song, saying, THOU art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by THY blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

Revelation 16:4-7  And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood. 5 And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.

6 For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and THOU hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.

7 And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are THY judgments.

Do not be guilty of fighting against that which God brings and siding with sinners.

Thou art worthy, O God, in YOUR judgments sent upon this world and the people of this world and the apostate churches.

Podcast: We are God's workmanship created in Christ Jesus The Word, unto good works

Philippians 1

Paul says:

6 Being confident of this very thing, that HE which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

(God who began a good work in us and revealed Jesus Christ, The Word, to us will perform in us that work to the end when Jesus returns to gather the church.)

9 And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment;

10 That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ;

11 Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ (The Word of God), unto the glory and praise of God.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Ephesians 2

1 And you hath HE quickened (made alive), who were dead in trespasses and sins;

Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

3 Among whom also we all had our conversation (manner of life) in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

But God, who is rich in mercy, for HIS great love wherewith HE loved us,

Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)

(We were dead with the world, living as the world, but God chose us not because we were good or worthy but just because it was HIS will that we be saved, raised from the dead of this world and put into the body of Christ as HIS own children.)

6  And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

7 That in the ages to come HE might shew the exceeding riches of HIS grace in HIS kindness toward us through Christ Jesus (The Word).

8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

10 For we are HIS workmanship, created in Christ Jesus (The Word) unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

God creates each of us to do HIS will and HIS work.

God gave Pam Padgett the spiritual gift of "helps" so she could do the technical computer work so we could publish ministry blog, books (Amazon), and Podcasts, to send spiritual exhortations to the body of Christ daily around the entire world.

I Corinthians 12  (Spiritual gifts)

27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.

28 And God hath set some in the church (to work in the church), first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

God set me in the body of Christ and ordained me as apostle and prophet according to Ephesians 4:11-12.

Ephesians 4:8; 11-12  Wherefore  HE (Jesus) saith, When HE ascended up on high, HE led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.  And HE gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;  For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

(The New Testament Church and all the ministry offices are gifts given to the church after Jesus arose, after the crucifixion and resurrection.  And from heaven Jesus calls each member of the body of Christ to be children of God.  And Jesus teaches each of us by HIS Holy Spirit who lives in each of us.  He brings to our mind the Word of God and teaches us all things and even guides us into all truth.)

John 14:26  (Jesus says)  But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in MY name, HE shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

John 16:13  Howbeit when HE, the Spirit of truth, is come, HE will guide you into all truth: for HE shall not speak of Himself; but whatsoever HE shall hear (from God), that shall HE speak: and HE will shew you things to come.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

To some God gave families and prepared husbands and wives to do HIS will on this earth as they are lights to their own children and neighbors in the word of God.  You are HIS workmanship.  Placed to do HIS will on this earth.

Do not try to copy another but depend at all times for God to prepare you for that which you have been assigned by God, following the Holy Spirit of God, doing that which God has placed in your mind and in your heart.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Jesus says:

John 15:16  Ye have not chosen ME, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in MY name, HE may give it you.

I was following my own ambitions and desires when God spoke to me on August 5, 1975, and said.  "Joan ... you know all these mistakes you've been making all these years?  Those weren't mistakes.  Those were sins."

I was greatly shocked as the apostle Paul was shocked when Jesus spoke to HIM on the road to Damascus.

Acts 9  (Jesus speaks to Paul)

3 And as he (Saul, later named Paul) journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven:

4 And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou ME?

5 And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.

And he trembling and astonished saidLord, what wilt THOU have me to do?

And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

God speaks directly to our minds also and causes us to be born again by HIS Word.

With this word God spoke to me in 1975, HE caused me to be born again, made into a new creature, instantly changed from that person I had been.

2 Corinthians 5:17  Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Our bodies look the same to humans that we have been friends with in the world, but inside, after God speaks to us, we are no longer as we once were.  We now have a new heart and a new spirit given to us by God.

Ezekiel 36:23-27  God says:

23 And I will sanctify MY great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, saith the Lord GOD, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes.

(They will see you are different.)

24 For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land.

(After I was born again, I no longer wanted to be with the worldly people that I had been with.  Now I wanted to be with children of God.  I wanted to read the Bible.  I wanted to hear about God.)

25 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.

26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.

27 And I will put MY spirit within you, and cause you to walk in MY statutes, and ye shall keep MY judgments, and do them.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

A few nights after I was born again in 1975, I was transported into heaven as I slept in the night.

I was with God and with Christ, and with the Holy Spirit.

(I saw no physical images.  It was a spiritual experience.)

At that time, I was "merged into the body of Jesus", made one with the Word of God, God and the Holy Spirit witnessing.

A few nights after that, the exact same thing happened to me a second time.

I believe at that time of being made one with the Word of God, I was ordained into the 2 ministry offices to which I was placed by God in the body of Christ, apostle and prophet.  And it was God who taught me the work of the ministry in these two offices.  The Holy Spirit led me through the Bible, taking me from scripture to scripture, teaching me, for the next 5 years.

When it was time for me to do ministry work as apostle and prophet, I was asleep in the night on January 10, 1980, when a trumpet-like voice spoke 3 words into my ear.  "Hartford, Seattle, KWJS"

(I believe that voice that spoke to me was an angel of God carrying to me a message from God.)

I jumped out of bed, and wrote the letters "KWJS" on a note pad, not wanting to get these letters mixed up because I felt immediately they were call letters to either radio or television.

When I found these letters to be a radio station I spoke to God and said:  "Are YOU telling me to go on radio?  I wouldn't know how to do that."

The Holy Spirit brought to my mind:  "Call the radio station manager."

(Which I did that same morning.)

I told the station manager God might be showing me to go on radio.  And I asked, "How would you do that?"

The station manager said:  "Make an audition tape 29 1/2 minutes long and send it to me and if you fit our broadcasting we will offer you a contract."

I recorded a tape that same morning and mailed it to the station manager and within 5 days I was on KWJS exhorting the church.

We are God's workmanship created in Christ Jesus, "The Word" that comes down to us from heaven.

Our assignments differ, but God is the author.  And HE puts us into the body of Christ and does as HE wills with us.  We simply do what we believe God has told us to do.

Romans 8:14  For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

πŸ’₯ It is not unusual for people of God to be taken into heaven.

As a new Christian in 1975, I considered the Bible and I asked God:  "Is there any place in the Bible showing a person who was transported into heaven?"

(I proved everything by the Bible.  Is there an example of this happening in the Bible?)

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Paul speaks of this in 2 Corinthians 12.

1 It is not expedient for me doubtless to glory. I will come to visions and revelations of the Lord.

2 I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven.

3 And I knew such a man, (whether in the body, or out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;)

4 How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter.

I was transported into heaven twice in 1975, and when I saw what Paul said, I could accept this was of God and was the will of God when it happened to me.

If I can find an example of something similar happening in the New Testament Bible, I can accept it for us in the church today.

Comments by Pam Padgett, member of the body of Christ

In approximately 1976, as I slept, I was taken into heaven.  There were many other people there and we were all in white robes, and we were with God. (We knew God was there though we saw no physical images for God is a Spirit.  Jn. 4)

We were not focused on each other, but on praising God, and I was very happy this was the case.

As I awoke, I wanted to stay there and not return to this world.

Comments by Joan Boney

In the 1980's, I was visiting with my favorite aunt, a Church of Christ member.

The Holy Spirit said to me, "Tell your aunt about being taken into heaven."

(OH!  I didn't want to do that!)

Church of Christ denomination are not people who discuss and share supernatural happenings of God.  But I don't know why not for the Bible is filled with such examples!

But I knew it was the Holy Spirit telling me to do this thing so I yielded and began sharing this with my aunt.

I told her:  "Shortly after I was born again, I was sleeping in the night when all of a sudden I was transported into heaven.  I was with God, and with Christ, and with the Holy Spirit.  (No physical images.  It was a spiritual experience.)  At that time, I was "merged" into the body of Jesus, made one with the Word of God, God and the Holy Spirit witnessing.

And a few nights later the exact same thing happened again!

As I told this to my aunt, I noticed a type of dreamy look come on her face.  And after I spoke, she said, "Something like that happened to me once and it was all golden."

I was so happy she told me this.  She had been to heaven also!

πŸ’₯ Do all things without murmurings and disputings. (Phil. 2:14)

murmurings: undercurrent of complaining

disputings:  arguing and debating

Philippians 2:14-16

14 Do all things without murmurings and disputings:

15 That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;

16 Holding forth the word of life;

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

The Old Testament often gives us vivid examples of various sins.

Exodus 15:22-24  So Moses brought Israel from the Red sea, and they went out into the wilderness of Shur; and they went three days in the wilderness, and found no water.

23 And when they came to Marah, they could not drink of the waters of Marah, for they were bitter: therefore the name of it was called Marah.

24 And the people murmured against Moses, saying, What shall we drink?

(The people forgot that it was God leading them into that wilderness.  God led them by a cloud by day and by a fire by night.)

Numbers 9

15 And on the day that the tabernacle was reared up the cloud covered the tabernacle, namely, the tent of the testimony: and at even there was upon the tabernacle as it were the appearance of fire, until the morning.

16 So it was alway: the cloud covered it by day, and the appearance of fire by night.

17 And when the cloud was taken up from the tabernacle, then after that the children of Israel journeyed: and in the place where the cloud abode, there the children of Israel pitched their tents.

18 At the commandment of the LORD the children of Israel journeyed, and at the commandment of the LORD they pitched: as long as the cloud abode upon the tabernacle they rested in their tents.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Instead of praying, they "murmured", complained against Moses and also against God for it was really God leading them on the exact route through the wilderness.

Because of their lack of faith in God, God put a penalty upon these men who brought back the evil report and cause the congregation to doubt.

Numbers 14

1 And all the congregation lifted up their voice, and cried; and the people wept that night.

2 And all the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron: and the whole congregation said unto them, Would God that we had died in the land of Egypt! or would God we had died in this wilderness!

3 And wherefore hath the LORD brought us unto this land, to fall by the sword, that our wives and our children should be a prey? were it not better for us to return into Egypt?

4 And they said one to another, Let us make a captain, and let us return into Egypt.

5 Then Moses and Aaron fell on their faces before all the assembly of the congregation of the children of Israel.

6 And Joshua the son of Nun, and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, which were of them that searched the land, rent their clothes:

7 And they spake unto all the company of the children of Israel, saying, The land, which we passed through to search it, is an exceeding good land.

8 If the LORD delight in us, then HE will bring us into this land, and give it us; a land which floweth with milk and honey.

9 Only rebel not ye against the LORD, neither fear ye the people of the land; for they are bread for us: their defence is departed from them, and the LORD is with us: fear them not.

10 But all the congregation bade stone them with stones. And the glory of the LORD appeared in the tabernacle of the congregation before all the children of Israel.

11 And the LORD said unto Moses, How long will this people provoke ME? and how long will it be ere they believe ME, for all the signs which I have shewed among them?

12 I will smite them with the pestilence, and disinherit them, and will make of thee a greater nation and mightier than they.

13 And Moses said unto the LORD, Then the Egyptians shall hear it, (for THOU broughtest up this people in THY might from among them;)

14 And they will tell it to the inhabitants of this land: for they have heard that THOU LORD art among this people, that THOU LORD art seen face to face, and that THY cloud standeth over them, and that THOU goest before them, by day time in a pillar of a cloud, and in a pillar of fire by night.

15 Now if THOU shalt kill all this people as one man, then the nations which have heard the fame of THEE will speak, saying,

16 Because the LORD was not able to bring this people into the land which HE sware unto them, therefore HE hath slain them in the wilderness.

17 And now, I beseech THEE, let the power of my Lord be great, according as THOU hast spoken, saying,

18 The LORD is longsuffering, and of great mercy, forgiving iniquity and transgression, and by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation.

19 Pardon, I beseech THEE, the iniquity of this people according unto the greatness of THY mercy, and as THOU hast forgiven this people, from Egypt even until now.

20 And the LORD said, I have pardoned according to thy word:

21 But as truly as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the LORD.

22 Because all those men which have seen MY glory, and MY miracles, which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have tempted ME now these ten times, and have not hearkened to MY voice;

23 Surely they shall not see the land which I sware unto their fathers, neither shall any of them that provoked ME see it:

24 But MY servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed ME fully, him will I bring into the land whereinto he went; and his seed shall possess it.

27 How long shall I bear with this evil congregation, which murmur against ME? I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against ME.

28 Say unto them, As truly as I live, saith the LORD, as ye have spoken in MINE ears, so will I do to you:

29 Your carcases shall fall in this wilderness; and all that were numbered of you, according to your whole number, from twenty years old and upward, which have murmured against ME,

30 Doubtless ye shall not come into the land, concerning which I sware to make you dwell therein, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun.

31 But your little ones, which ye said should be a prey, them will I bring in, and they shall know the land which ye have despised.

32 But as for you, your carcases, they shall fall in this wilderness.

33 And your children shall wander in the wilderness forty years, and bear your whoredoms, until your carcases be wasted in the wilderness.

34 After the number of the days in which ye searched the land, even forty days, each day for a year, shall ye bear your iniquities, even forty years, and ye shall know MY breach of promise.

They did not have a "fear of the Lord" and what HE might do to them if they disobeyed and disrespected HIM.  Instead they feared man more than God.  And God caused them to wander 40 years in the wilderness because of their evil report against HIM.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Exodus 14

1 And they took their journey from Elim, and all the congregation of the children of Israel came unto the wilderness of Sin, which is between Elim and Sinai, on the fifteenth day of the second month after their departing out of the land of Egypt.

2 And the whole congregation of the children of Israel murmured against Moses and Aaron in the wilderness:

3 And the children of Israel said unto them, Would to God we had died by the hand of the LORD in the land of Egypt, when we sat by the flesh pots, and when we did eat bread to the full; for ye have brought us forth into this wilderness, to kill this whole assembly with hunger.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

4 Then said the LORD unto Moses, Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you; and the people shall go out and gather a certain rate every day, that I may prove them, whether they will walk in MY law, or no.

5 And it shall come to pass, that on the sixth day they shall prepare that which they bring in; and it shall be twice as much as they gather daily.

6 And Moses and Aaron said unto all the children of Israel, At even, then ye shall know that the LORD hath brought you out from the land of Egypt:

7 And in the morning, then ye shall see the glory of the LORD; for that HE heareth your murmurings against the LORD: and what are we, that ye murmur against us?

8 And Moses said, This shall be, when the LORD shall give you in the evening flesh to eat, and in the morning bread to the full; for that the LORD heareth your murmurings which ye murmur against HIM: and what are we? your murmurings are not against us, but against the LORD.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Sometimes our faith in God is tested by circumstances and by that which we see with our natural eyes.

When they were sent to search out the land which God said HE would give them, they saw the circumstances, there were giants in the land.

If God sends us, HE will make a way for us to do that which is HIS will.

In 1980, while I was sleeping in the night, a loud trumpet-like voice spoke 3 words to me:  "Hartford, Seattle, KWJS"

I jumped out of bed and wrote "KWJS" on a notepad for it seemed to me that these were call letters to either radio or TV.

When I found it to be a radio station, I said to God:  "Are YOU telling me to go on radio?  I wouldn't know how to do that."

Instantly God brought to my mind the following instruction:  "Call the radio station manager."

That same day, when I felt the station would be open, I did call the radio station manager and I said to him, "God might me showing me to go on radio.  How would you do that?"

The station manager said, "Make an audition tape 29 1/2 minutes long and send it to me and if you fit our broadcasting, we will offer you a contract."

I made a tape as soon as I got off the phone and I took the recording and mailed it to the KWJS station manager.

Within 5 days I was exhorting the church weekdays on KWJS.  Within a year, I was on radio from Hartford area to Seattle just as I heard in the night when that trumpet-like voice spoke those three words: Hartford, Seattle, KWJS

(I believe that was a voice of an angel speaking to me that night on January 10, 1980.)

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Numbers 13  (God sends the men to search out the land which HE will give them.)

1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

2 Send thou men, that they may search the land of Canaan, which I give unto the children of Israel: of every tribe of their fathers shall ye send a man, every one a ruler among them.

3 And Moses by the commandment of the LORD sent them from the wilderness of Paran: all those men were heads of the children of Israel.

21 So they went up, and searched the land from the wilderness of Zin unto Rehob, as men come to Hamath.

25 And they returned from searching of the land after forty days.

26 And they went and came to Moses, and to Aaron, and to all the congregation of the children of Israel, unto the wilderness of Paran, to Kadesh; and brought back word unto them, and unto all the congregation, and shewed them the fruit of the land.

27 And they told him, and said, We came unto the land whither thou sentest us, and surely it floweth with milk and honey; and this is the fruit of it.

28 Nevertheless the people be strong that dwell in the land, and the cities are walled, and very great: and moreover we saw the children of Anak there.

29 The Amalekites dwell in the land of the south: and the Hittites, and the Jebusites, and the Amorites, dwell in the mountains: and the Canaanites dwell by the sea, and by the coast of Jordan.

30 And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it.

31 But the men that went up with him said, We be not able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we.

(They forgot it was God who was giving them that land and that they would overcome through God.)

32 And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to search it, is a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men of a great stature.

33 And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.

Only Joshua and Caleb showed faith in God.

Faith is hearing what God says and believing it was God who told you to do this thing.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

In December, 2018, I fell at my house in Texas.

As the ambulance workers rolled me past the front door to take me to hospital, I heard a word from God.  "You'll never see this house again."

(The Holy Spirit shows us things to come.  John 16:13)

That word did not disturb me at all.  God had another way for me to go.  I knew it would be a better way than the way I had been going.

I put my house in Texas up for sale.

A woman from our church group said to me, "I don't see how you can to this."

I replied:  "I've heard from God that I will never see this house again."

To me, when you hear a word from God and you believe it was God speaking to you, you simply do that thing appropriate to what God has said.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

James 1

5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.

7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.

8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Hebrews 3

14 For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;

15 While it is said, To day if ye will hear HIS voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.

16 For some, when they had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses.

17 But with whom was HE grieved forty years? was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness?

18 And to whom sware HE that they should not enter into HIS rest, but to them that believed not?

19 So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

We build faith in God by reading the Bible and by doing specific scriptures.

We hear the Word carried to our mind by God by the Holy Spirit and because we believe it is God speaking we do that instruction.

We go from faith to faith by doing those scriptures and Words that we believe God has spoken to us.

And we learn as we read the various examples in the Bible showing those who had faith and also those who did not trust God.

I Corinthians 10:11  Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.

Podcast: Jesus, The Word, is the head of the body, the church

Psalm 111:10  The fear of the LORD (The Word) is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do HIS commandments: HIS praise endureth for ever.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

The doctrine of Christ for the New Testament church is the New Testament Bible.

Some churches fail to follow some of the verses of scripture and they change those scriptures and set up doctrines opposite from the Bible.

This is antichrist in the church group.

Jesus will destroy these church groups of the apostasy of the end time who fail to love the Holy Scriptures and go in an opposite direction from the scripture.

For example:  Jesus said in Matthew 5:32:  But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.

* The man who divorces a faithful wife causes her to commit adultery if she remarries after divorce.

* There is only one scriptural reason for a man to divorce his wife and that is if she is unfaithful to him.

* The man who marries a divorced woman commits adultery.

This is the doctrine of Christ for the New Testament church.

If the church has a love of the Word of God, they will abide by this doctrine of Christ which is presented in the New Testament Bible.

If they fail to do this doctrine of Christ, they open the door for antichrist to come into the church and they become one of the churches of the end time, an apostate church.

2 Thessalonians 2  (Paul says)

3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day (of the Lord) shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

In 1982, I was reading this scripture and God said to me:  "The falling away are not people leaving the churches.  The falling away are the churches leaving the scriptures."

Jesus will destroy the apostate churches when HE returns to gather the elect, because they failed to have a love of the truth of the scriptures that they might be saved.

10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perishbecause they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

2 Timothy 3

1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

(When you see a church where they teach some verses opposite to the New Testament Bible, leave those churches, or people.  Just turn away from them.  Love the scripture more than your church group.)

6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,

Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truthmen of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.

13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

(The apostasy in the church will grow every decade until the return of Jesus.)

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

2 Timothy 3

14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;  (It is God who teaches us scripture.)

15 (To Timothy Paul says:)  And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

πŸ’₯ Philippians 2:5-8

5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:

7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:

8 And being found in fashion as a man, HE humbled HIMSELF, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Often we try to make ourselves to be of reputation among men.

We do such by the clothing we choose to wear.  (Paul says for us to dress modestly.  I Tim. 2:9)

Some try to exalt themselves by the cars they drive and the homes where they live.  Some exalt themselves by colleges they attend and degrees earned.

Several years ago, I saw this instruction given by the apostle Paul and I began to think on various ways I made myself of reputation and I stopped doing this.

It really caused a change in me.

As we attempt to do the instruction given in a section of scripture we are conformed into the image of Christ the Word.

Over and over throughout the time we live on this earth we are recreated by doing scripture.  And I find as long as I live, God works with me causing me to refocus by scripture.

Other scriptures on this Podcast:

πŸ’₯  Concerning antichrist in today's churches and the apostate churches today before Jesus returns to gather the elect of God:

2 Thessalonians 2

3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day (of the Lord) shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

In 1982, I was reading this scripture, when God said to me:  "The falling away are not people leaving the churches.  The falling away are the churches leaving the scriptures."

(Jesus will destroy the apostate churches and those people who fail to have a love of the scriptures that they may be saved.)

8-12  And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of HIS mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of HIS coming:  9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

πŸ’₯  Divorce and remarriage:

Matthew 5:32  But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.

There is only one scriptural reason for a man to divorce his wife and that is if his wife is "unfaithful" to him.

*  If the wife is faithful and remarries after he divorces her, she will commit adultery upon her remarriage after divorce, but her husband who divorced her will be the cause of her adultery.

*  The man who marries a divorced woman commits adultery.

πŸ’₯ What the Bible says about homosexuals and lesbians:

Romans 1:22-28

22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:

25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

Mark 10:6  (Jesus said) But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.

(But God turned them over unto vile affections when they refused to honor God.)

πŸ’₯ When we have a disagreement or argument with another person.

Our heart is temporarily affected after a quarrel or disagreement and our peace might be disturbed.

We need to be reestablished in heart and in spirit.  "HE (God) restoreth my soul."  (Psalm 23:3)

I often pray this over myself.

Psalm 51:10  Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.

If we carry evil feeling over toward another person, our soul is affected.

We can trust God to restore us when there is trouble and to fully cleanse our heart and spirit.

Podcast: Take no thought for tomorrow, says Jesus. Instead pray over all your concerns.

Matthew 6:  Jesus says

24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?

26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?

27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?

28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: 29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall HE not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?

31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?

32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.

33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and HIS righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

(HIS righteousness is that which HE has led you to do, or has told you to do.)

34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Pray over "tomorrow".

Philippians 4:6-7

6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus (The Word).

πŸ’₯ When a Christian dies:

The apostle Paul says:

I Thessalonians 4

13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep (dead), that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.

14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with HIM.

15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent (go before) them which are asleep.

16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Christians will then be taken to that new heaven and new earth created by God for those who belong to God.

Revelation 21:1-5  (the apostle John says)

1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and HE will dwell with them, and they shall be HIS people, and God HIMSELF shall be with them, and be their God.

4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

5 And HE that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

When a Christian dies, he is removed from that dead body and his spirit sleeps in Jesus.  When Jesus returns for the church at the end of this world, his spirit awakes and he is taken with the other Christians to live in the new heaven and new earth, the new Jerusalem which is created by God for all resurrected Christians.

So only the dead body is in that grave on this earth.

The spirit of the dead person has left the dead body and sleeps in Jesus.  (I Thess. 4:14)

Therefore it is a "pagan" act to visit graves and weep over the dead as if there is no resurrection.

This is what the pagans do.  Instead we as Christians testify to the resurrection.

Instead of going to grave yards and decorating graves, I just stay home and thank God for the resurrection that is through Jesus.  To me the person who has died is not in that grave but sleeps in Jesus as the apostle Paul told us.

When I think of my parents and my aunt and uncle who are dead, I never picture them in a grave on this earth.  That is only the dead body.  I see them as being risen and sleeping in Jesus.

For the body without the spirit is dead.  (James 2:26)

At the moment of death, the spirit of that person leaves that body.

The dead body is no longer that person we knew.  That person we knew lived in the body but has now left that body and sleeps in Jesus and is no longer there.

I don't go to graves.  Instead I think on the truth and see the dead in Christ as risen and as temporarily sleeping in Jesus.

Podcast: Prayer: The way of living in peace in today's world

Matthew 6  (Jesus says)

5 And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

7 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.

8 Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask HIM.

After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be THY name.  (The Word of God.)

10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

11 Give us this day our daily bread.  (both spiritual and physical food)

12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evilFor thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

(I often pray, "Deliver me from evil today."  For there is much evil in the end times.)

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Luke 21  (Jesus said:)

33 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but MY words shall not pass away.

34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting (over indulgence), and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.

35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.

36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

Prayer connects us to God and makes us "worthy to escape", for we turned to God for HIS help.

Prayer is a instrument of peace, for by prayer we receive peace from God concerning the various troubles and concerns of the day.

Therefore the apostle Paul says:

Philippians 4:

6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Prayer humbles us, showing that we do not trust in ourselves.  Each time we pray, we deliberately put our trust in God in the matter at hand.

I Peter 5

6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that HE may exalt you in due time:

7 Casting all your care upon HIM; for HE careth for you.

8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

Whom resist stedfast in the faith,

After we pray, God often brings us a scripture to mind or an instruction.  By doing that scripture (or Word) we "resist the devil".

Ephesians 6:10  Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of HIS might.

(strong in the Lord: The Word which God gives you.)

John 8:31-32

31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on HIM, If ye continue in MY word, then are ye MY disciples indeed;

32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
